From the moment I contacted Top Hat to arrange a deep clean of our condo, Tara was super communicative and accommodating, using email and text instead of phone calls because that works best for me. When the day of our deep clean arrived, Tara and Michaela had barely stepped through the door before they got to work immediately! I went out to leave them to their work in peace and came back when they messaged to say they were finished a few hours later. Wow! What a transformation. My home is clean again. As well as all that, they were both lovely people, and expressed zero judgement as to the state of my place and seemed genuinely happy to help and do good work. I would not hesitate to work with them again. In fact, I'm planning to get them back to clean regularly. Thanks Top Hat!

The owner was a part of the cleaning crew that I had today and it was spectacular. They went beyond the initial scope of the clean and really helped clean my apartment after the last tenant.

This is the first time we have used a cleaning service, and what a difference. The big ones of course are the bathroom and kitchen. I came in and thought a new faucet had been installed, but it was just glistening like new. The bathroom looks spotless, and I don't know how they got the grout clean between the subway tiles.
