I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Top Hat Cleaning for my move-out clean. When they arrived, they realized the job needed more work than the original estimate accounted for — and rather than rush through it or leave things half done, they actually cancelled their next appointment just to make sure everything was taken care of for me. That kind of care is rare, and I was genuinely touched by it. They didn’t cut any corners either. They cleaned the blinds, the walls, all the little details that so many cleaning companies overlook. Everything was left absolutely spotless. Beyond the incredible work, they were so professional, reliable, and understanding every step of the way. I felt truly taken care of during a stressful move, and I’m so grateful for their effort and kindness. I’d recommend Top Hat Cleaning to anyone in a heartbeat (I’ll be reaching out to them once again for my move-in cleaning once my renovations are done!). Thank you for going above and beyond!

They were very accommodating despite me not having a great idea of what the suite would look like when they got there due to some conflict with my ex roommate, and the place was definitely quite messy. They texted me when they were on the way and provided an ETA, which gave me time to prepare. The team finished cleaning everything in less than two hours, and the results were very impressive. I cannot understate how wonderful Tara and her assistant are. I contacted her mid-week, explained my situation, and they were able to come a couple of days later. Tara is understanding, incredibly kind, and professional. After several loved ones passed in close succession, I found myself struggling to manage with cleaning and housekeeping with all that was going on -- Tara, wonderful person that she is, came to my home, assessed the situation, and executed a miracle. The work she did was truly above and beyond; I feel like I have a home again. She checked-in with me throughout her time in my home and again at the end of the day when I was returning. Upon entering, I immediately started crying. This was completely life-changing for me and I am extremely grateful to have and continue to work with Tara.
