Service man was in the area. Came by right away. Turns out he was able to get my gas fireplace working in a couple of minutes. He was kind enough to not charge me! Having recently lost my job, this was a blessing.

Isaac was very professional, responsive and right on time. He quickly assessed both fireplaces and suggested a reasonable approach to the repairs. He explained everything fully and didn’t try to oversell us. We’ll definitely call him for any fireplace issues in the future.

The estimate was very detailed and the end product was within budget. Isaac was very conscious of keeping the space clean. He worked very quickly and gave good advice on function and maintenance. He offered a warranty for his work. I would definitely recommend.
