We had a great experience with Top Dog! Julie and Mary Kate were great to work with and provided almost daily updates on Piper’s progress during her 2 weeks overnight stay. They were very knowledgeable and gave great advice on keeping up with her training with a free session 2 weeks after her training/boarding ended. My puppy has been doing great with what she learned and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for obedience training or boarding!!
We absolutely love top dog! Our dogs made major improvements in training and we had a great experience. Trainers are hands on giving us tips and lessons to continue at home and we felt they truly loved and cared for our dogs! Highly recommend top dog if you’re looking for dog training in middle Tennessee!

Top Dog is the BEST place to board your dogs! We have enjoyed boarding our dog there every time. When we arrive, our dog is so excited & pulls us into their doors. He loves the owners so much. They take such great care of our boy. We are able to travel stress free knowing he is in the best care. I highly recommend Top Dog!!
Extremely happy with Top Dog Boarding! They had great communication the entire time we were gone. My dog had a nervous stomach and they were able to remedy that with purée.
Our flight was late, and they were very accommodating with the pups staying an extra night and picked up in the morning instead.
Would highly recommend if you want your babies to be loved and safe while you are away!

Julie and Mary Kate were brimming over with joy as they relayed stories about our dog's likes, dislikes, and habits during his stay. They were happy, our dog was happy, we were happy! It was like leaving our dog with family. Thank you, Julie and Mary Kate!
14 Aug 25: We recently boarded our dog at Top Dog Boarding and Professional Training in Lascassas. Julie and Mary Kate are very friendly and knowledgeable animal-lovers, in addition to their having very relevant credentials. They are extremely accommodating in an effort to make their furry guests as comfortable as possible. We recommend them, and will be boarding our dog there again without hesitation. In fact, we've already booked his next stay!

I cannot recommend Top Dog enough! They watched my dog, Dunkin, while I was out of town and did an incredible job. Dunkin is very shy around new people, but they were so patient, kind, and attentive with him. They gave him the time and care he needed to open up, and by the time I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. We will definitely be back!
Our two golden retrievers did the 2 week board and train with Top Dog and we are very pleased with their progression! Julie and Mary Kate do a wonderful job and are very knowledgeable in their training. They worked with our boys on specific concerns we had and were able to give them corrections and teach us how to continue the corrections and trainings at home. I felt like our boys were safe, well loved and well cared for during their stay at Top Dog!
They took great care of our doggie!! Their new facility is so nice and clean! When Auggie wouldn’t eat because he’s not use to being away from home they messaged me to see what they could do so he would eat. Cheese is always the answer! He is booked many times in the near future and will get use to being away from home.
Very nice brand new facility. The owners are extremely nice and they have gone above and beyond to not only take great care of our puppy, but also make drop off and pickup as convenient as possible. We have used their doggy day out service and an extended boarding and could not be happier. It is extremely convenient especially for folks in the Lascassas/Milton area.

I was reluctant to put our girl, Lexi, in a kennel for the first time. We had not done a good job of socializing her as a puppy and she is now 2 years old. However my fears were relieved when I picked her up and she went back to Julie and her daughter. They had no problem with this worried dog momma calling daily to check on my baby girl. Will definitely be using them again.
Top Dog is…… TOP!! This family owned business in our sweet little Lascassas town is just what we needed!!! I have a 4 yo doodle who did a over night stay and told me he LOVED it 🤭 Then Top Dog kept him again for a 5 day stay, unexpected, unplanned and they made it work for us!!! Now I’m sure they would like for you to schedule a stay and it not be last minute 😉 but they made it work and we were at ease knowing he was there having a ball!!!! We already have another stay planned!! Would HIGHLY recommend 🐶 🐾 💙
