Our situation was a tough one. After going in circles with multiple brokers and banks and hearing nothing but “no,” we were finally introduced to David Hammett—and that’s when everything changed and the impossible turned to possible. I couldn't wish for a better support that I received from Oscar Simpson at Freedom Funding. Applying for a loan is time consuming, confusing and overwhelming process. It makes a huge difference when you have truly professional broker who can also explain complicated matters in the way you will understand these. He’s friendly and approachable and makes you feel like you matter regardless of the loan size you are after. He’s super responsive to emails and nothing is a stupid question or too much trouble for him.
