Rendkívüli ☺ A belvárosban, mindenhez közel található, nagyon kényelmes, tiszta.

Super hospitality and location♥️ ☺All the staff were really friendly. At the check-out day, we went out from early morning. Because of big traffic, we couldn't be back to Hotel on check-out time. (we've already packed everything and just left our luggage in the room before we went out) So I called and told them a situation. They understood and told us "don't worry". When we finally arrived, they offered a glass of cold water(It was 37 degrees celsius outside on that day!) I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality! I'll choose here again. Grazie mille! フロントスタッフが皆さんフレンドリーでとても親切！朝から外出していたが、渋滞に巻き込まれてしまいチェックアウトの時間にホテルに戻れなくなってしまった。(想定はしていたので荷物は既にまとめておいた)電話でその旨伝えると、快くフレックスに対応して下さった。その日は猛暑日でかなり暑かったのですが、急いでホテルに戻ると冷たいお水を用意してくださった。素晴らしいホスピタリティをありがとうございました。 ☹For us it was absolutely fine, but there were no elevator, so it could be hard to stair up to 2nd floor for elderly or handicapped guest. 階段しかないので、ご年配や足が不自由なゲストにはネガティブなポイントになると思います。

Hôtel idéal pour visiter le Colisée et le forum romain ☺Superbe emplacement à côté du circo massimo et pas loin du Colisée et du forum Idéal pour visiter ces lieux Hôtel sans petit déjeuner mais on peut le prendre dans les deux bars situés à côté Sol en marbre dans les chambres et cour très agréable le soir lorsqu'il fait frais ☹rien tout fut parfait

Absolutely beautiful stay, highlight of our Italian trip ☺This place is a piece of heaven, myself and my husband stayed here for 4 nights, we are so sad to be leaving! Wish we could stay all summer…. We will definitely be back next year with the rest of the family. The staff were just amazing, so attentive and nothing was too much. Thank you for a wonderful stay. There were three tortoises in our garden which were an extra bonus for us! We feed them everyday with the lettuce provided. I don’t want to go home…… ☹Absolutely nothing

A quiet respite from the hustle of Rome in a convenient location ☺Love the location and the staff are amazing! Great access to the tourist sites while offering a quiet respite from the busy city outside the doors. My favorite place to stay in Rome! ☹The hotel cannot control the use of the courtyard they share with the event space next store. We had to walk through someone's wedding reception and the band to access our room. We felt bad cutting through so we decided to go out for dinner and drinks and by the time we returned, the band was packing up. They were supposed to play until 1 AM but the party thankfully ended early :)
