I can’t say enough about all the help Renee provided in showing us properties and facilitating our closing. Our purchasing of property in Florida was particularly challenging because we were located in New Hampshire and had no knowledge of the markets and buying climate in Florida. During the early stages of our relationship, Renee was great in working with us to view properties for our consideration on line. She was very knowledgeable about the various areas and helped focus our online investigations. Once we were at a point where it was time to view some of our prospective purchases, Renee was wonderful in establishing daily schedules for viewing properties always making optimum use of our limited time visiting Florida. In the end, we visited scores of existing properties and examined many potential new builds. Although the process was very stressful, given our time constraints, in the end we knew that the new build property we chose was the right choice for us. Although Renee worked with us effectively during the entire closing process, her help did not stop there. She was instrumental in handling many of the administrative responsibilities related to the closing and post closing activities like facilitating the final “walkthrough”, arranging for us to have keys once we arrived and helping to facilitate our car shipment to our new house. Although we have just recently closed on our new house, we have already referred another potential client to Renee and would eagerly use her again if we have the need for an agent again the Florida.
