From the moment that I sat down with Aleksei I knew we were in for something special with our full home remodel and we are extremely happy with the process and outcome. I valued the transparency and commitment to our project. Although we had changes to the project, they were fairly dealt with and easy to close out. We found the complete Tool Box Masters team to be of high character and good to work with. Our home remodel truly exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Tool Box Masters to anyone wanting to remodel their home.

I hired Alexei from ToolBox Masters to build my studio for my business. In the beginning, we were comparing contractors. Even though we were on a very tight budget, we ultimately decided to pay more to work with Alexei's company. His first impressions were that he was very professional, he is very clear with asking what we want to make sure that we get the best result possible, communicates well, and works with our schedule. We are not really sure with what we wanted. I just need this problem solved. Alexei and I drafted multiple scenarios, and together, we were able to come to an optimal conclusion to make sure that we have the best solution. He was very straightforward, and honest, which meant a lot to us. Once the project started, we ran into a few problems outside of both of our controls. The shipment was late, and it was going to delay our process. Alexei and his team quickly took action to make sure our deadlines were met, and we were ultimately able to finish on time. The quality of the work is very high, and the finished product matches what we paid for. I definitely recommend working with him.

I am so pleased with Aleksei and his team of mastermind workers who put my kitchen together. I had a design and he executed everything beautifully. We ran into hiccups (we needed a support under the house), an flooring issues (the wrong material was delivered by the supplier) and a kitchen sink issue (3 sinks arrived from the vendor broken), and he handled all the delays beautifully and skillfully. Aleksei really seems to personally care about us, and even checked in when our dog was injured. He communicated daily with notes and photos and gave me options when I needed to make decisions. I never felt pressured, and his entire team was incredibly respectful and courteous. Every day I’d come home and the work area had been cleaned. Nothing was ever left messy and I really appreciated that extra effort. I am already talking to Aleksei about the next project and wholeheartedly recommend his services!

He’s been working on my new home for a couple weeks now & honestly it’s been refreshing knowing that we could trust him around our home and our children he knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s very professional he communicates really well. He’s a Very HONEST business man And nowadays, you don’t really get that alot. He does an amazing job And you can tell he puts it all into his work. He’s very respectful, and overall, just a real stand-up guy. Instead of hiring so many different companies, you can just go through him and he literally does everything!
