Going to Tony cress training was the best experience I've had in a workout class in Henderson. The workout was functional, dynamic, and challenged me in movements that I would have never done when working out on my own. Also, everyone was super nice and introduced themselves to me on my first day. If you are looking to do workout classes this is absolutely without a doubt the place to go.
TCTC is hands down the best gym in the Valley—I’ve tried them all, and nothing compares. The trainers are not only incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, but they also bring fresh, innovative tools and techniques you won’t find anywhere else in Vegas or Henderson. One of the best decisions of my adult life, for sure. This was a life changing decision for me….and this is not an overstatement.
When I came to TCTC almost 2 years ago, my body was on the verge of breakdown. After so many years of training hard, everything hurt. I had lost mobility, was stiff, had several issues (knees, lower back, shoulders), I was overweight and felt hopeless about the future in terms of my physical capabilities. What I’ve learned? Training hard DOES NOT mean you need to wreck your body. We train hard at TCTC using a multidimensional approach.
I’m happy to say that today I move better, feel better, and look better. Life feels easier when you can move well. I have had periods of success in the last two years and also periods where success was limited. TCTC has all of the tools and knowledge available to its members, the only variable is the member’s level of commitment which will determine your level of success.
I’m 46, looking to be in the best shape of my life and am well on my way! My motivation for this review today is directly linked to how great I felt this morning! Yesterday was another great training day (so challenging/fun) and I wanted to share my thoughts here.
These trainers/coaches are not what you find in a lot of gyms. These are people who have dedicated their lives to their craft by way of consistently pursuing knowledge supported by top experts in the field, such as Gray Institute. Every coach is unique in their approach…..you could say there is a “flavor” for everyone depending on your preference in coaching style. Shout out to all of you!
TAKE AWAYS: knowledgable/educated coaches, top notch equipment, fun environment, pricing is on point for this level of investment (you get what you pay for-your return on a $20 membership/investment will always be zero to minimal), gym community is great if that’s your thing, but if it’s not, it’s respected. I’ll say it again: LIFE-CHANGING.
My journey with TCTC began two and a half years ago. A friend introduced me to one of the trainers , Rebecca. She really listened to me, I mean REALLY listened, to my failures, my fears and my frustration. I’d really tried it all, and I mean all, so what could be different? I have had, Thyroid problems, shoulder surgery, breast cancer, so I get the setbacks. I did the diets, the personal trainers, you name, it I’d been through it. She started me on a path , a slow , steady and intentional path, that has led me to a 70 pound weight loss and a fitness level I thought I’d lost forever . I am 61 years old and I used to be an athlete many years ago and I never thought I’d get my life back, yes, my LIFE, I was miserable and I had put all the work in but never got results. I had really tried hard. This is the difference they make, they don’t check in and out at class. They are continually self educating, they help with nutrition and more, they understand the ups and downs but will make you accountable and their structured classes are forever changing and challenging. This WHOLE team is like no other , this gym is like no other, they are the difference that makes a difference . Make your reasons better than your excuses, if I can do it , anyone can, but you need this team to get you there. I am not one to really post but I wanted to reach out because I want someone else to know that that you can be happy and healthy again and this is the place to go. I’m not saying it’s easy , but I am saying , with this team at TCTC, it’s possible, I’m living proof.
Tony Cress and his team are incredible! Tony has helped me move better, work on sports-related injuries so I can continue to perform in shows, and recover faster after a car accident. His approach focuses on long-term health and performance, not just short-term fixes. Whether you’re an athlete or just want to feel and move better in everyday life, he’s got you covered.
The other trainers at the facility are just as knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. They all take the time to understand your goals and tailor workouts that challenge you safely and effectively. It’s a great environment with people who genuinely care about your progress. Highly recommend Tony Cress and his team if you’re serious about improving how you move and feel
I would definitely recommend you give Tony Cress Training Center a try. Not your typical gym. You will receive continuous instruction to help you move and feel better. All the trainers at TCTC have great knowledge of what they are teaching. Great place to train for all fitness levels too. They practice safe social distancing protocol and are very clean. Don’t forget your mask!

The entire team of trainers is not only excellent at what they do, but also incredibly supportive and encouraging! The energy and enthusiasm you feel the moment you walk in is unlike any other workout environment I’ve ever experienced.
Even with some of my background in track and sports, the movements challenged me in new ways—helping me feel more connected to my body, & feeling more human, than ever before.
I would 1000% recommend this studio to anyone who’s ready to push themselves and simply become better. 💪🏽😉
