Tony is amazing and cares. He is fair and not an attorney that only cares about making money. He helped me make the BEST/hardest decision of my life for the best interest of my kiddos and I don’t think that I could ever repay him or thank him enough. 10/10 recommend. I don’t think I have ever met someone that cares as much as he does. He seems to put himself in his clients shoes and his number one priority is safety. He deserves all of the praises in the world!

When I reached out to this law firm to take my case I was assured by Tony and his assistant Favour that he would get me justice. After our first consultation I asked Tony about payment. He said it would $400 for the demand letter and then 30% of anything awarded. Never a mention on a retainer or a specific amount. Well I pay him the $400 to take the case. We start I’m reliving this trauma daily for weeks because I have to keep talking about it. I have to keep writing statements and filing paperwork. Well after the second demand letter the company decided to take the issue to litigation. It was at this point that Tony told me it would $5k for him to begin preparing for trial. I felt like the wind had been knocked out of me. I was so confused because that’s not what we discussed. He told me it must have been a misunderstanding and that the $5k would come out of the 30%. I told him that was never discussed or else I wouldn’t have even proceeded with his firm. I begged and plead with him not to do this to me. Like I felt victimized all over again. He told me if I could pay $2.5k and do a payment plan for the rest he would begin. I have been off of work with my dying mother so no I can’t afford that at the moment my husband is covering all of our expenses. He never replied to me. It’s 5am and I can’t even sleep thinking about how I gave this man money for basically nothing. He provided good service up until it came to going to court and actually fighting the case. My mental health is in such a dark place again because of this. I’m thinking I may have to do some inpatient therapy because I’m not sure I’m in my right state of mind. I cannot let this go and I cannot continue letting people abuse me and get away with it. What am I? A nobody? Just a black woman who’s voice doesn’t matter? Nope! This is not ok to do people this way. I trusted these people.🥲

I have offered you a payment plan and replied to all of your emails promptly. Your last email didn't seem like you were wanting a reply. I did not charge you for the second demand letter or the time spent reviewing the video footage. I understand your frustration with the situation and hope you are able to find a resolution to your case.

I cannot express enough how grateful I was to speak with Tim. This man was straight up and honest with me. He listened to me, gave me some advice on my legal matter. It was ending his work day and he still spoke with me. He didn’t even take my case because he felt I had already paid out too much money and wasted so much time with a lawyer that took my money and ran. I couldn’t believe he didn’t want to take my money and run too. Just the fact that he was so kind and ethical.
