Gurpreet was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though she is still in training, she assisted me right away and wasn't afraid to ask questions to ensure everything was done correctly. The rest of the staff were also welcoming and supportive. This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had getting a new phone with Telus.
