Boiler repair
I contacted Ian as my boiler was leaking. He checked the boiler and was able to provide the replacement parts immediately as he had them in his van. We arranged a date and time for him to repair the leak which was today. He arrived on time as arranged. I found him to be most professional and efficient. His knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend Ian and Todd Plumbing and heating and will be using them in the future

I contacted Matt with a problem with my shower and he came over within a couple of days to look at the issue. He ran through some options for us (repairing the old shower/fitting a new one) and then came back to fit our new shower super quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the service. He's very contactable, friendly and resolved the problem! We've also used this company previously to plumb in our washer and our dryer to a new utility room - also very good service then! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt.
Exceptional customer service
Todd Plumbing has been fantastic every time we've used their services. Their team is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly. They've fitted a shower and toilet for us and handled boiler servicing, all to an excellent standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing and heating services.
We can highly recommend Todd Plumbing and Heating; we had an issue with heating and water pipes that we had repeatedly tried to resolve with a few different plumbers. Matt Todd listened, understood the problem and worked out a great solution. Matt and his colleague were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional in arrangements, response time and outcomes.
We've used Todd plumbing and heating services a few times now having recently moved into a park home we firstly needed our boiler serviced, Matt gave us a quote over the phone that was very reasonable so we went ahead, the boiler at the time was very old like 30 years but Matt serviced it but also advised that it may not last too much longer and he was right as a couple of days ago it started hissing and leaking, so I messaged Matt & he got back to me first thing the next morning and rearranged his other jobs so his guys could come out that day to change our boiler to a new one , this to us is amazing service and we are very pleased.. we have also had Matt do our ensuite bathroom fitting a new toilet and Radiator and I'm sure we will have some more jobs we need doing that we would get Matt and his team to do for us . Very friendly and trustworthy company.
I was at my witsâ end trying to find a plumber to replace our broken shower - all âtoo busyâ and /or didnât fancy the job. Then I tried Toddâs - got back to me quickly, tolerant with my dithering as to what I wanted, and started the job as soon as I accepted their very reasonable estimate. It was all done in a couple of days, very pleasant blokes, and very tidy. A short while later the heating threw a wobbly, so I tried Toddâs again. Matt came within half an hour and stayed until it was sorted. Toddâs will now be my âgo toâ plumbers!
Outstanding service and professionalism
Ian arrived promptly to replace my kitchen taps, completing the task efficiently. By coincidence, my bathroom sink was blocked the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, despite the messy and time-consuming nature of the work, resolved it brilliantly. I was impressed by his professionalism and determination to finish the job without leaving me stranded. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend or use their services again!

Matt's father replied to my message even though he was on holiday! Referred us to Matt who was able to sort out our problem of no hot water within a couple of hours! So grateful for such service and much appreciated with family staying! Will always use them in future.

Amazing service from Todd
I spotted a leak in my boiler system over the Easter weekend so contacted Matt Todd. He responded immediately and on Tuesday Callum and Matt came round and fixed the issue very quickly. The fix involved quite a technical diagnosis which proved accurate.
Matt and Callum were both very polite, good communicators and very tidy professionals
I could not recommend these guys highly enough
