Delt with Ian on the phone as our electric Shower stopped working.. I Ordered a Replacement as I wanted the same one" Ian offered to get me one but decided on getting my own. Was delivered in a couple of days & rang Ian to install it" He sent to young chaps out the same day"& within 40mins they Replaced my old shower unit & put new furnishings on as well!! Boiler repair I contacted Ian as my boiler was leaking. He checked the boiler and was able to provide the replacement parts immediately as he had them in his van. We arranged a date and time for him to repair the leak which was today. He arrived on time as arranged. I found him to be most professional and efficient. His knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend Ian and Todd Plumbing and heating and will be using them in the future

I contacted Matt with a problem with my shower and he came over within a couple of days to look at the issue. He ran through some options for us (repairing the old shower/fitting a new one) and then came back to fit our new shower super quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the service. He's very contactable, friendly and resolved the problem! We've also used this company previously to plumb in our washer and our dryer to a new utility room - also very good service then! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt.

We've used Todd plumbing and heating services a few times now having recently moved into a park home we firstly needed our boiler serviced, Matt gave us a quote over the phone that was very reasonable so we went ahead, the boiler at the time was very old like 30 years but Matt serviced it but also advised that it may not last too much longer and he was right as a couple of days ago it started hissing and leaking, so I messaged Matt & he got back to me first thing the next morning and rearranged his other jobs so his guys could come out that day to change our boiler to a new one , this to us is amazing service and we are very pleased.. we have also had Matt do our ensuite bathroom fitting a new toilet and Radiator and I'm sure we will have some more jobs we need doing that we would get Matt and his team to do for us . Very friendly and trustworthy company.

I was at my wits’ end trying to find a plumber to replace our broken shower - all “too busy” and /or didn’t fancy the job. Then I tried Todd’s - got back to me quickly, tolerant with my dithering as to what I wanted, and started the job as soon as I accepted their very reasonable estimate. It was all done in a couple of days, very pleasant blokes, and very tidy. A short while later the heating threw a wobbly, so I tried Todd’s again. Matt came within half an hour and stayed until it was sorted. Todd’s will now be my “go to” plumbers!

Outstanding service and professionalism Ian arrived promptly to replace my kitchen taps, completing the task efficiently. By coincidence, my bathroom sink was blocked the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, despite the messy and time-consuming nature of the work, resolved it brilliantly.
