I was in an auto accident in January 2026. I contacted the Todd Miner law firm the same day of the accident. Within 5 minutes Todd Miner was on the phone with me and took almost 30 minutes out of his Saturday to speak to me about the accident.
Following my conversation with Todd I had the opportunity to work with Mark Ahrens and Stephanie Velez and they went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed with updates, and streamlined the entire process in a way I wouldn't be able to do myself.

I am giving Todd Miner Law five stars – the most one can receive in these reviews. If it were possible, I would score his firm much higher, based on my personal experience with him and his team.
Without going into great detail, I was struck by a car and my left leg was injured. After being treated at the local ER, along with other instructions, I was advised to follow-up with my Primary Care Physician. It was when I attempted to make that appointment that I quickly learned my doctor, and many others, will not treat vehicle accident patients. This made getting the treatment I needed after leaving the ER a struggle at best.
That’s when I decided I needed help, and I reached out to Todd Miner’s office. In less than 30 minutes, Todd Miner himself called me. He listened to me and then told me he and his team would take good care of me … and they did. I think it was that afternoon that Mark Ahrens, Esq. reached out to me. In less than a week, thanks to their help and intervention, I was seen by a Physician who ordered the tests necessary to determine exactly what was wrong with my leg and what treatment I needed. Unfortunately, the test results showed surgery was required.
Throughout this process, surgery, weeks of physical therapy, follow-up appointments, etc. Marc and his team were with me every step of the way. My well-being and recovery were as much a priority for them as it was for me. They consistently communicated with me - keeping me updated and informed as my case moved forward. I also have to commend Stephanie Velez-Raghunandan who works with Marc. She too was in constant communication with me and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

Total Was Of Time And Energy… Very Disappointing Experience i Thought The Lawyers At This Law-firm Were The GOATS The Ones Who Could Make The Insurance Companies Pay Based Off Their Commercials And The Experience In They Profess To Have In The Field But I Found Out That They Aren’t As Top Tier As They Claim To Be I Had A Case Where I Was Backed Into By A Large Company Truck As I Was Leaving A Warehouse Property And Sustained Some Serious Injuries 3 Herniated Disc And A Brain concussion… The Insurance Company Sent A Turn Down Letter To The Attorney Who Was Handling My Case Which Was Brandon in June 24, 2025 And Immediately Stopped All Communication With The Firm In Reference To My Case In December I Was Told By The Secretary That They Were Going To Try And Reach Back Out To Them Because The Insurance Adjuster Was No Longer Responding And So The Todd Miner Law Firm Did And The Secretary Stated Almost 3 Weeks Later That She Hadn’t Heard Anything Back And She Needed To Set An Appointment With Me And Brandon To Go Over My Case After 7 Months Of This Law Firm Not Hearing Back From The Insurance They Decided That They Couldn’t Help Me By Why Have Me Waiting Almost 7 Months To Come Back And Tell Me The Exact Same Thing That You And I Knew Way Back In June And That You Could No Longer Help… Not To Mention That We Had Several Conversations Where In One Of The Conversation You Told Me Basically That You Had A Case Where They Insurance Company Didnt Want To Pay So You Buffed Them By Telling Them That You Were Filing The Case For Trial When You Really Hadn’t Did So And In Return They Then Came Back With A Settlement Offer Because They Were Under The Understanding Or Thought That They Were About To Be Dragged Into Court… Now Anybody Who is Reading This Review If You Were Me Right You Would Think That All Is Good And You Have Know Worries And That Your Attorney Is Going To Be Able To Get Your Case Settled Because He Knows What Todo Or Say To Get The Insurance Company To Pay Right ? because That Was The False Pretense That He Had Put Me Under Bases Off Of What He Said To My Understanding But Of Couse None Of This Happened… So Let’s Fast Forward So After I Reach Out 2 Other Attorneys And They Found Out That Todd Miner Had Dropped Me They Didnt Want To Represent Me Either And Then I Didnt Find Out About The Turned Down Letter And What Was Actually And The Main Reason For Their Denial In The Letter Until I Talked To The 2nd Attorney I Called… OMG I Was Flabbergasted So Anyway Once I Found This Out From Another Attorney After They Had Contacted Todd Miner Law Firm To Get My File And Try To Hep Me With My Case And Decided Not To I Called Todd Miners Office And Spoke With The Secretary And Specifically Asked To Not Be Transferred To Brandon The Attorney That Had Been Handling My Case Or Have Him Contact Me And That I Wanted To Speak Directly To His Superior Or Manager And To Not Under No Circumstances To File A Complaint But Guess What Happened Brandon Called Me 15 Minutes Later Arguing With Me About The Situation With A Very Aggress Tone In His Voice Going Back And Forth Back And Forth With Me Over And Over Again Because I Had Shared My Feeling About How He Handled My Case And How I Wasn’t Happy About My Experience With Him Threw The Firm And When I Shared With Him That I Will Be Sharing My Experience Online Threw A Review Which is What I am Doing None And Also With Anybody I Know He T Threaten To File Defamation And Slander Proceeding On Me If I Did… Now After This All Took Place I Called Back To The Firm On Thursday Or Friday Last Week That Same Day Trying To Speak With Someone In Reference To His Behavior And Here it is A Week Later And No One Had Bothered To Contact Me At All So Here I Am Posting A Review Because I Gave Them Time To Call Me To Address The Issues And Not One Person Bothered Todo So And The Secretary Who Took The Call Each Time Knew The Extent Of The Situation And I Have Heard A Peep From This Firm… I Would Bot Recommended This Firm To No One Not Even A Cat Or Dog if They Got Injured… Brandon is Very Unprofessional
