Patrick isn't a very good listener. He didn't listen and miss a very important factor in my case which lead to the payment plan being more than expected. I told him the mistake was on their end. Then i told him that he was wrong, he hung up on me. He has a terrible attitude. Also, I sent several emails and text that were never answer. I even asked him what woukd be the consequence if i backed out he told me he would put a 6K lien on my home. If I hadn't sent money prior he would not had my business.
