I actually liked these guys when I called for my condo,, buy for for our house when i called, they transferred to someone called “Call The Bee”.. and that was worse experience.. he did not do anything and our system when back to same isses after one week… he did not even send the estimates which were like 4 thousand just to sweep HVAC system.. just had worst experience and diagnosis charges on top of it.. would not recommend Call the Bee

Just had my A/C maintenance service (5/2026) done by David - another great experience with the TMS team. David was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and friendly. He took care to respect my home and privacy, explained and showed me what he found as he went along, offered and explained my options for addressing issues. The timing could not have been better, as he found debris in some of my ductwork after some recent home repairs involving sheetrock. As always, he connected with the office and made it easy to work out a schedule and payment plan (zero %) to service my ductwork. I continue to feel confident that TMS is working to safely maintain the systems in my home.
Today Horace from Total Mechanical Systems came to do the plumbing work that Michelle had identified (install a drain pipe from my washing machine to stop draining it through my laundry sink) and to fix an improperly installed/broken shower apparatus that a previous unrelated contractor had carelessly installed.
As with other TMS employees, I couldn’t have been happier. Horace’s work was impeccable. He made sure that the new drainage system is sightly. He was fast, neat and respectful of my home and my time and needs, showing and explaining to me what he was doing. He was extremely friendly and as pleasant as can be. I have been using TMS for over 10 years, and my experience has been great. I highly recommend!
Michelle from Total Mechanical Systems performed a plumbing check of my home pursuant to my service maintenance contract. I couldn’t be happier. First of all, let me say that a preventive approach to potential plumbing issues before they become weekend/holiday emergencies is a brilliant concept, especially for an older home. The service also includes responding to any issues the homeowner may be aware of, which is very convenient.
Michelle was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable. She explained the service (it was my first time) and everything she was doing and was going to do and answered all my questions with the utmost clarity. She was beyond pleasant (delightful, actually) and extremely respectful of my home and my time.
I’d like to also say as a woman homeowner, that although I’ve had excellent experiences with all of the service technicians from TMS, it was really cool to have a woman perform this service!

Another great annual service visit By Total Mechanical / Bee. Erich was on time, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. He quickly got to work on inspecting our mechanical systems. Made suggestions about what issues may come up in the future as our equipment ages. He did make a repair to a gas line that had been identified in the past as a potential problem. The repair was quick and on budget.
