Always receive fantastic service at John Titcombe. It’s a small, friendly business and all the staff are super helpful. I have purchased all my rings from here, and would highly recommend the ring selection. The ring cleaning service is also brilliant, and very speedy! Could not recommend this Jewellers enough. They advised , guided, sourced and designed my engagement and wedding rings so effortlessly and smoothly. We were warmly welcomed by the staff at Titcombe Jewellers in Clifton and received first class attention and care. We wanted a bespoke ring to celebrate a special birthday and anniversary, which would include aquamarines. Alice took time and care to work with us on a beautiful design which resulted in a wonderful, unique ring that perfectly represents what we were hoping for. We are so happy with the whole process and completed piece. Thank you to everyone involved.

I recently took in my platinum rings to be cleaned at Titcombe Jewellery, having bought them here originally. My rings have not been cleaned for sometime and I was delighted with the result and the service I received. The rings have been restored to their original beauty and look amazing. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful too (offering advice about resizing one of the rings). I had every confidence that Titcombe Jewellers would deliver a high class service and they did. On behalf of my daughter in law who was bought a lovely diamond engagement ring by my son I returned after nearly 10 years a ring with a loosened stone. Had a worn clasp changed on my 18ct gold necklace. The workmanship is good and price not to extortionate. What i found disappointing though that they didn’t contact me that it was ready to be picked up. Also, when i asked them to return the removed clasp (18ct gold) i was told that it was disposed of even though i specifically asked to be returned - i paid for it after all. Having worked professionally with precious metals i know this is a jewellers bonus. When I picked up the necklace I questioned the shop assistant about it and she ensured me to check and ring back the next day to find a resolution. Never heard back. The moral of the story is: I am happy that my necklace is repaired, but I won’t be returning nor recommending them.

We bought our wedding bands from Titcombe. The whole experience was fantastic. Noemi talked us through our options and we decided on something bespoke for both of us. She even suggested a design I had never thought of based on the design of my engagement ring and it is absolutely gorgeous. The process was super personal but incredibly efficient. When my partners ring was slightly too big they resized it at no extra cost. Would recommend Titcombe without reservation.
