They ensured that the situation was handled swiftly and professionally, including assisting with contacting SAPS and deploying a security guard to help secure my vehicle until it was safely towed away. Their proactive approach made what could have been a difficult experience almost completely stress-free.
What stood out most to me was the human element of your service. At no point was I required to navigate automated systems, speak to a computer, or enter identification numbers. Instead, I was assisted by knowledgeable and caring people who understood exactly what needed to be done to ensure my safety and resolve the situation quickly.
Please extend my appreciation to Henno and the entire call centre team for their dedication and professionalism. Their actions truly reflect Titan Secure’s commitment to service excellence.
