I hired Titan Relocation Services to move my sister’s belongings into a couple of storage units at the beginning of December 2025. Due to multiple storage units, boxes and items were identified by different color masking tape to designate which storage unit it would go into. My sister had A LOT OF STUFF!! Enough to pretty much fill a 26’ moving truck🤪 Johnny and Ray were amazing! They were incredibly patient with the color coding chaos, they were very careful with her many fragile items and they had great attention to detail. When we got to storage, we realized that it was quite a long walk to get to the units. Never once did the guys ever complain, they never stopped and they never missed a beat! They stacked the boxes and items in the storage units safely and proficiently. They made a very stressful day for me, much less stressful due to their pleasant personalities, efficiency, and professionalism! I would more than highly recommend Titan Relocation Services for anyone finding themselves in the need of a reputable and professional moving company!!! Thank you Johnny! Thank you, Ray! A little back story: I was raised in the self-storage industry for 30 years before my mom handed over the reins, and I spent the last decade working right beside her. I’ve seen it all when it comes to movers—how they treat people’s belongings and how they treat our facility. So when I say Johnny and Ray stood out, I mean it. Today, I watched JOHNNY AND RAY load one of my dear tenant’s belongings for a long-haul move, and I witnessed firsthand how far above and beyond they went. It was a hectic day with people coming in for their holiday items, yet these two showed nothing but respect for every tenant around them. Even something as simple as using our restroom—where most movers show zero respect—Johnny and Ray were the complete opposite. Professional, courteous, and genuinely considerate. They made such an impact on me that I immediately called to let their company know just how phenomenal these two gentlemen are. I highly recommend Titan Relocation Services. I was so impressed I even asked the owner to drop off business cards when she gets back from this long-haul trip. If you’re looking for movers who truly care, ask for Johnny and Ray. Titan has a gem in these two men.

On two separate occasions, separated by two years, we have moved cross-country with Jamie Cummings (owner) and Titan Relocation Services. Both times, the services were consistently excellent across the entire moving timeline--from the estimate to the unloading at our destination. Working with Jaymie for our cross country move was incredible! We got multiple quotes and her rate was comparable to large, faceless companies. Jaymie was easy to reach and responsive to even the smallest questions (“how do you pack over 100lbs of hand weights?”) On moving day, she and her crew were prompt and friendly. They were efficient at breaking down furniture, wrapping it for protection, and loading the truck. Jaymie kept in touch every day during the 4 day drive, assuring us that travel was going smoothly (even through some wintery weather). When we arrived, things were equally as smooth. Unloading and furniture reassembly went well. Jaime even swept our front room from the bits of dirt tracked in by the movers! I truly could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend Jaymie and Titan relocation services!

We had Jaymie move us to Oklahoma last year from Arizona. We were a military family and this was our 20th move. This move was made as simple as possible by Jamie and her crew and was our best move. I wish there was more of Jaymie to help more people. I have recommended her to several people needing her services. All of our furniture was wrapped completely then set up in place when we arrived. Jaymie drives the truck and does not let it out of her sight during a move. There was not a single item broken and I don't know what else I could have asked for. Hire her for local or long distance moving. You will be impressed.

We'd give more than 5 Stars if we could. Titan Relocation Services are all Very professional and hard working and accommodating with smiles while they work. Titan Relocation Services came to our rescue after a very bad experience from using Muscular Moving Men! TRS took the right steps and precautions to protect our belongings for the move. Everything was wrapped and handled in an appropriate manner. The crew even hooked the couch sections together after nicely placing it where we requested. They know how to pack a truck for safety of items while saving space and utilizing every square foot. We have zero complaints. Only high recommendations. Great job team!! We recently moved from Anthem to Prescott Valley, 12/19, and enlisted the help of Titan. Jaymie and Mo and their entire crew made ALL the difference. They worked extremely hard and efficiently. They were flexible and helped in any way possible that they could throughout the moving process. If you need a relocation expert, you could not possibly do better. We owe them our sanity throughout the move, and this extended into our settling into our new home, as they were so efficient that it subsequently made our unpacking that much easier. In all fairness, they went above and beyond our expectations.
