The team at Titan Marine, Hector, Yerandy and everyone were great at finding and installing solutions tailored to our needs; I wanted complete redundancy on the sea water and fresh water circuit with back-up pumps and lines, as well as easy maintenance with flushing ports, and upgraded our system to 3 independant chillers that can be individually isolated for easy maintenance. Special thanks to Yerandy who completed the installation very professionally, and in a tight schedule, sourced parts and found professional solutions to problems rapidly. I highly recommend Titan marine and their team.

Frank is absolute gold! He took the initiative to point things out to me about my A/C system that I was not aware of, and he explained things to me, rather than just get to work and get out. It is hard to find good tradesmen in any market these days, and it is especially hard in South Florida. Frank not only is skilled, but personable. Titan's owners are very fortunate to have him. Titan is NO ONE's idea of inexpensive, but they show up and do the job. I have used lower-priced A/C technicians in the past, only to be frustrated by missed appointments, calls that not only are not answered but not returned, and all the rest that we take for granted around here. You get what you pay for. In this, Titan is worth the price.

I contacted Titan Marine Air SXM for a routine fill and venting of our chilled water circuit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, Michelle in the office was excellent. I reached out on Tuesday, and she managed to fit us in by Friday, keeping me updated on the schedule the entire time. The technicians, Yerandy and Hugo, went above and beyond. Not only did they perform the maintenance, but they also: - Upgraded our system so we can perform this routine operation ourselves in the future. - Identified and rectified plumbing mistakes from the original installation after consulting the manufacturer’s drawings. - Worked with extreme care, keeping the workspace spotless. - Stayed after hours to ensure everything was perfect so we could depart on schedule. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and will definitely be scheduling them for all our future maintenance.
