I just used their service yesterday and was extremely pleased not only with work done, but also the professional technicians who did a great job, and left the work area spotless. I will definitely use Titan for future needs!!
CJ and Anthony performed a furnace replacement at my residence. The team arrived on time (actually early) and were courteous and professional. The guys completed the job to my complete satisfaction, cleaned up, and took time to walk me through the process and answer my questions. Definitely would have them back. Also a shoutout to Dave (technician) who identified the potential issue with my furnace during the annual maintenance check.
My my hot water heater went bad and I called Titan and they got back to me right away and quoted me a great price.
I wasn't expecting it to be done the next day but they made time to come over and get the job done.
Fernando and Hunter did an exceptional job and went beyond my expectations.They were very courteous and left the working area clean
I was told I needed a new furnace of which I found out was not true. Sounds like a scam service company to me.

Thank you for your feedback. During the visit, we inspected your American Standard furnace, manufactured in 2000, and found a crack in the heat exchanger, which we documented with a photo.
As stated on your invoice, there was no carbon monoxide detected at the time of inspection yet a cracked heat exchanger is a serious safety issue because it can allow carbon monoxide—a colorless, odorless, and potentially deadly gas—into the home. Cracks usually worsen over time as the metal heats and cools. Furnaces typically have a life expectancy of 15–20 years, and older units are more likely to develop this type of problem. Repairing an old furnace can be very costly, so we recommended replacement as the safest and most reliable option.
As licensed HVAC professionals, we are obligated to report any safety risks, and we take honesty, customer safety, and trust very seriously. We’re happy to review the photo and answer any questions.

Titan HVAC continues to impress. Today, their team — Cory, Hunter, and Fernando — installed a brand-new boiler in my home, and the experience was absolutely first-class from start to finish.
I received clear confirmations the day before via text and email, plus a text this morning when the crew left Titan’s shop. They arrived right at 8:00 AM, exactly when they said they would, and wrapped up the entire installation by noon — incredibly efficient for a full boiler replacement.
The crew was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the new boiler system, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the new thermostat setup. The workmanship is excellent, and everything is running perfectly.
Titan HVAC has handled several projects in my home now: new baseboards, a full outdoor condenser/HVAC install, and now a boiler replacement. They really know Aspinwall homes and older Pittsburgh houses, and it shows in the quality of their work and their attention to detail.
The owner, Eric, is a class act — honest, reliable, and runs a truly customer-focused company.
