HORRIBLE,, they're going to have to redo another window for a different car after deciding to give the shop ANOTHER CHANCE with a different car but once again they messed up AGAIN!?! I've had to reach out to them Their customer service you have to get a message to the shop because they have other facilities so you can't call the shop because they can't talk at the shops? You have to call some messaging service that doesn't work when you have a problem. The company will have to do this front windshield of mine that is peeling off literally peeling off and that has dirt in it ridiculous. Beware on the quality coming out of this place. I may edit this post after I get my front windshield redone it may be good it may be worse we'll see how they progress this issue now the first car the back window had dirt speckles in it one of the rear windows had dirt in it... I didn't feel like risking my rear defrost which shouldn't have been damaged upon removing the tint they installed but they put a huge sign and they warned me my rear defrost might be damaged?!? So if they're thinking about damaging it I decided to not let them touch the back window and deal with the dirt speckles.? I knew I didn't want them messing with removing the rear window tint. I said just leave it alone The dirt speckles I'll deal with. The passenger side fourth door window redo from the dirt they said yes I decided to GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE and get my front windshield done through them on my Lexus of all cars. Now it's peeling off and has huge dirt speckles in iT did I mention it's peeling off the FRONT WINDSHIELD TINT IS PEELING OFF plus dirt speckles again!?! So we'll see how this progresses and how this review progresses but beware on the quality coming out of this place. If they don't like my review or other reviews, they had for a long time a review from me that was great They worked hard for this review.

I noticed some small circles peeling on the inside driver's side window of my Jaguar and called and notified Chicago Tinting about the issue. I made an appointment, taking time out of my day to show up. When I arrived I was asked to show the employee (who acted as if I was wasting his time) the issue. I showed him the issue. I was told that it was "mechanical" and the employee said it could have been caused by finger nails or a seatbelt. What? Who would scratch their own window with fingernails?!? In addition, the seatbelt does not reach that far nor does it stretch where it would reach that specific area of the window. Moreover, the small size of the holes clearly could not have come from a seatbelt which would not reach that particular area of the window, much less from fingernails. Perhaps they didn't want to perform the work; ok cool. But don't insult my intelligence. It would have been better to just state that they didn't want to redo the tint on the window, instead of trying to blame it on a mechanical or customer issue such as fingernails.
The company actually responded to this review and claimed that I was offered a discounted replacement. Wow. This never happened. In fact, once the employee told me that it was not a warranty issue, I got in my vehicle and left. There were no further discussions regarding this issue and certainly no offers of discount replacement. I was very professional with the employee and simply stated, "ok," and I left the shop. I don't know why a business would say that someone offered a solution or try to make it seem like I was just being unreasonable. This is not a good way to conduct business.
