I have been going to Tint Guy LLC for YEARS. He’s done my 2018 Kia Niro, 2023 Kia Sorento and now my 2026 Cadillac Escalade. Final Update: The door was replaced today and Kenneth took care of everything with Subaru. He took full responsibility and was very apologetic for the damage they did to my new car. I'm glad it's over and we appreciate his willingness to make it right.
Update #2: We have been told that the damage was caused by a heat gun improperly being used inside my vehicle. But, whoever did it never said a word. They let me leave. The owner has apologized and assured us that they will cover all costs.
My car is only the 3rd one on the road from Waltrip Subaru. I ordered it back in early December. It's so new that the part is on back order with no way of knowing how long it will take to get here. This is the nicest vehicle I've ever owned and I was only 48 hours into having it. Every time I see that burn, I feel it in my guts. It sucks to have such a happy experience ruined so quickly. I will update again once this all comes to an end and my vehicle is back to the state it was in when I dropped it off with them.
Update #1: My husband just sat in the passenger seat of my car for the first time since I had it ceramic tinted yesterday. This is a BRAND NEW 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness. I bought it on Saturday and had it tinted yesterday. LITERALLY 3 days old. My husband just saw this giant gash next to the passenger front triangle window. I am livid. Will update again once the shop returns our voicemail and tells us what the plan is to get this resolved!
***This was my original review (when they let me leave without telling me about the damage. I find it extremely hard to believe that whoever used the heat gun inside my car and did this, didn't know that it happened.)***
Great experience from start to finish! Patiently answered all my questions and got me in and out super quick. They did a great job on my car!

Picked up a new car Monday evening and first thing Tuesday I headed over to Tint Guys. We scheduled an appointment for this morning. These guys are great. They said it would take two hours and they had me out in or and a half. Car looks great. This is the second car I’ve bought to them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
