My experience here was incredibly disappointing and felt like a bait and switch operation. They advertise an initial visit for $27, but once you’re there, they immediately upsell you on x-rays for an additional cost. After that, you're required to come back for two separate “consultation” visits, with another round of xrays, just to get results and hear a “recommendation plan.”
That plan? Three visits a week for four months plus additional add ons like at home equipment and supplements—totaling nearly $4,000. It felt like a hard sell from the start, with constant upselling and pressure to commit to a very expensive program. Ive been to many chiropractors and never had this experience, I felt extremely uncomfortable.
To make things worse, I asked for copies of the x-rays I paid for, and they told me to just take a photo of them on my phone or I’d need to sign a release form. I went in, signed the release and still never received them. I had to keep asking, and they kept making it unnecessarily difficult, which makes no sense considering I paid for them.
Be cautious this place operates more like a sales funnel than a medical office.

Before any visit, we make every effort to communicate clearly about what is included in the initial appointment and what additional services may be recommended based on each individual patient's needs and goals and what fees would be associated with that. Our practice offers a comprehensive, corrective care model that is different from traditional chiropractic care. It is designed for individuals seeking long-term, transformational changes in their health, and that requires detailed evaluations—including imaging—and a customized plan of care.
We always aim to be transparent about the investment involved and the level of commitment necessary to achieve meaningful results which is exactly why we go over recommendations upfront so patients know what it will take to get corrective results in their spine. We set up our visits to make sure we give enough time to not only go over everything important but to answer any questions and see how we can help and support each person with their health goals. Nothing is ever mandatory, and patients are welcome to decline or ask questions about recommendations based on their goals.
Regarding your x-rays, we apologize for any frustration caused during the request process. Patient records, including x-rays, are protected under HIPAA regulations, which is why we require a signed release form with specifications of how you would like them delivered before providing copies. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible and will review your experience internally to ensure we continue to improve.
