We recently experienced the unfortunate circumstances that required us to obtain date of death valuations for multiple properties. Not only are date of death valuations much more complex (most appraisers do not want to do them), but by its very nature, it is happening during a very difficult time for any business. This puts an added burden on the appraiser as not only do they have a complex task to complete in a timely manner, but they are dealing with people who are distracted (at best) and grieving (at worst). For all the obvious reasons, we sought for an appraiser who was highly rated in this technical process. We found that in Curtis and his team at Timeless Appraisals. The reports they produced were comprehensive, timely, and exceeded our expectations. What we didn’t expect to find in this process was someone who was highly competent at the task at hand, AND also understanding and patient during this process. Curtis clearly understood what his job was and what he needed to do. But from the beginning, he also showed compassion while working on this project; he did not need to do that, but it just seemed to come natural to him. Looking back, we are grateful for all of his work and all of his support during this process; he made it as easy as possible. Although we do not have another appraisal need in the near term, we are definitely keeping his business in our files, and have already referred him to others who may have need of his services; he has earned a solid 5/5 rating and we highly recommend him.

Curtis and his team from Timeless Appraisal Partners have done a wonderful job for one of our commercial developments located in Kirkland, WA.
Their work was to appraise our large Multi-Unit development that included a gym, elevator, underground parking and retail space.
It was a pretty hard job for an Appraisal company to come up with the right valuation for the development given the complexity of the project but also the fact that there was a lack of comparable projects in the nearby areas.
Moreover they have done a great market analysis on the future projections of the rental units and also for the retail space.
We are extremely happy with their services and would be delighted to recommend them to our other people.

I had a great experience. I've been in real estate for 20 years and it's always a hassel to get an appraisal. It always takes forever and the people don't communicate well.
