“Waste of time home loans” would be a more suitable business name. If you want to wait weeks with no communication, never returns calls/texts or emails this is the place to go. Another business in Brisbane a lot more 5 stars reviews is the place to go!

John and Jennifer were able to help me super easily get my home loan finance sorted. The idea of buying my first home was a very daunting process, but with their help, the only daunting part was choosing the house I wanted to buy. Once that decision was made, there was not an ounce of stress throughout the entire process from initial application to settlement. Cannot recommend this service enough as a first home buyer, saved myself tremendous amounts of time and effort.

It was a good experience working with John and Jennifer from THL. They were very helpful and patient in getting all our documentation. This is the second time we have used them, and everything went smoothly again. THL helped us get pre-approval, which helped to get the 7day finance for the house.

We can’t thank John and Jennifer enough for helping get our deal across the line. We had been told several times prior that my income as a sole trader was making it difficult to service a refinance. I told John the troubles I had previously and he ran hypothetical scenarios by lenders and found a deal that we were able to secure. While the process took a while to finalise , we are pleased to of had Jennifer keeping us in the loop along the way.
