Our yard was in terrible shape and the grass was honestly dying, but they completely turned it around! Thanks to their bi-weekly lawn care maintenance, it rescued our lawn and now it looks incredibly thick, green, and healthy. The team does a fantastic job every single time. I highly recommend their lawn care service!
I've had Timberline work two jobs, and they've done well. Jesus is super patient and communicates what he is doing. Last time when he gave an estimate for putting in some new sprinkler heads, he also fixed and adjusted a row of mini sprinkler heads for the garden bed and did not charge for that.
This time, Jesus placed new sprinkler heads for another part of the lawn, and changed out different spray head types a couple of times to my liking. He has the patience of Jesus.
The estimates are reasonable, and Linda, who coordinates the jobs and takes the payments, is very responsive and quick to reply to questions.
Overall, I recommend them for affordability, communication/responsiveness, and timeliness.

We used Timberline (under prior ownership) on multiple properties weekly for years but cancelled in 2018. Service went downhill after the company was sold around 2016. The lawn care was spotty, different people always showed up, the treatment schedule was inconsistent, communication and accounting was poor, and the owner/manager never could really resolve or prevent problems. With so many landscaping companies out there, I cannot recommend using Timberline at this time.
Response: Yes, this is a real review. As an example, Timberline charged us $900 in August 2018 for weekly services on multiple properties that they neglected to bill in a timely manner as the service was done.

We don't have a Chris C as a customer. This is a false review. If this is truly a customer then why we haven't got any feedback or request from you? As Manager, I take customer satisfaction seriously.
Timberline cuts our lawn. But we asked them if they could fix the erosion problem on our driveway. Not only they backfill our foundation, they added gutter n pop up drain to prevent future erosion. Also they lifted our driveway 2" n backfilled it saving us over $1000 if we went with foundation repair company.
Timberline provides comprehensive landscaping services for our 29 home HOA at a competitive price. They do good work and pay attention to the details. They respond quickly to our requests and aim to please. We recently had them design and do the installation of a major landscape renovation project on the property. The results were well beyond our expectations. Highly recommend them.
I recently hired Timberline Landscape to work on my flowerbed, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. They transformed my dull flowerbed into a vibrant and beautifully landscaped area that exceeded my expectations. I would not recommend their services. They will charge you for service and not show up. They are unable to keep a set schedule for when they will be out so if you have a dog that needs to be put up like I do that isn't helpful. Most recently they only mowed my front yard and not the backyard saying no access but I work from home and they didn't knock or ring the doorbell. They were supposed to be out today and no shocker they didn't show up.

Per our policy, we don't go into locked backyards or with dogs. Also, per policy, day of service will vary depending on weather. We are sorry this is not acceptable for you. If we can make it up any way please let us know.
My service was cancelled in November or December. I just realized Timberline had charged me every month for $332, even though they have not serviced be in over 5 months. I am so frustrated.

As a real estate investor, what's important to me in looking for a company to entrust my business to is communication and reliability. Timberline Lawn & Landscape delivers those two things in spades. From first contact I received a response within the same day and got a quote on time as promised. The work done on my properties is what was agreed upon, and whenever there was something that causes a change in plans, I get notified and things do not get done without my approval.
The prices are fair across the board and billing is easy, something I enjoy as someone who owns multiple rentals. If I had a question about something, I can easily reach someone and if they have something on their end, they reach out to me as well. For example, inclement weather.
All in all, they make my life easier and for that I am glad.

I would say what services they preformed but they didn't do anything. They charged me for services and didn't show up or call. I would not recommend them. Search for another company for lawn services. Update from this morning 9/22/22 the crew moved my neighbor's yard across the street. I don't know how my address is marked on the crub and on my house. This is my first experience with this company and it's already miserable.

We refunded your mow that was wrong house. It happens. How is your service there after?
Signed up for service with TImberline for ~4 weeks and already had to cancel. Every single week they would not come unless I called/texted and asked why they did not show up and had to remind them to service my lawn.
When they did come, would not cut the grass very short and it would already be too long a couple days after they left.
Would not recommend at all...definitely better / more reliable options.
