I recently went there for a small birthday dinner for 6 people . The food was decent but the service was bad. We did not get an assigned waiter. About 4 different people keep coming to the table and taking orders and they all assumed one of then was getting the drinks, no one was. It was confusing and took aver 30 minutes just to get our drinks after multiple requests.
The biggest offence was the automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill and the 3.17% added if payment is not in cash. Service was not up to part and forcing customer to tip a high amount regardless of the service they received is wrong. Secondly,
imposing bank fees on patron is taky. Bills and fees are part of the cost of running a business. The bill was almost $500 , no once carries cash now day, especially that big amount. Wait staff didn't care about providing good service because the know they'll 20% tip is guarantee. I always tip regardless of the service. However, the experience was ruined by greed and tackiness of the business practice on payment fees and tip. I am not a fan and will not return or recommend.
The fusion is so amazing here i love their sushi and Indian options. Drinks are great as well along with service. Perfect for date night, parties or a girls get together! Would highly recommend and enjoy their drinks with less sugar! Check out our amazing video on Instagram @jadaexploresall!
Special place and and the staff makes you feel like a VIP. We had miranda,Guillermo and couple of thier associates taking care of us. They were very polite and courteous. Food tasted delicious and ambience was lounge status. Try this place if you wanna impress your date or feel like being taken care of like a VIP
I came to this restaurant after another restaurant turned me away with a reservation and they completely made me feel seen and appreciated as a patron (without even knowing my prior experience).
The server Zack was immediately attentive and told us (my mom and sister) what was available on the menu and what the kitchen had run out of. He took our drink orders, and then gave us a moment to order appetizers and our food. He kept us abreast of when our meal was coming and gave us new small plates for our main course. Zack was attentive and his attention to deal and care was appreciated.
I ordered the butter chicken and naan. The portions were good and definitely enough for lunch the next day. I would definitely come back here to try other menu items.
