I acquired 3 estimates/inspection for termites. Adan at Tier 1 Termite was the most knowledgeable and found termites that the other 2 missed. Adan handled the termite treatment and another guy handled the damaged wood. They arrived on time and worked through lunch to complete the process. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend Tier 1 Termite. Additionally, the cost was the lowest of the 3 estimates I received. I know 2 others that used Tier 1 Termite who verbally recommended Adan.

I had Adan at Tier 1 Termite take care of fumigating our house when I discovered termites in the attic, which was too tight for spot treatment. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and out of 3 companies I had out, he was the only one who offered to go into the crawlspace where he discovered we also had subterranean termites. He added in the quote to treat and protect from those also. He was responsive to my questions and showed up on time and got the whole thing done quickly and at a great price. I hope I don't need to call him again, but will use him if I have issues in the future.
