Sean inspected a commercial Investment property.
From the first phone call to its office the service was impeccable. Very knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating with my schedule and very detailed oriented. I am very happy with the inspection that was completed. Also a very detailed report which was delivered to myself the next day.

My experience with Tier 1 Pro Inspections was very good. Mike Thomas was the name of the person who completed my inspection. He was very detailed in his inspection. He also took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I may have had for him. Mike was great to deal with and I would suggest him and Tier 1 Inspections to anyone who may need a Home Inspection. Thank you Mike & Tier 1 Inspections for doing a great job!

Great customer service! Team went above and beyond to schedule my inspection in the short inspection window I had on an aggressive offer. Professional and highly detail oriented. They gave me the reassurance I needed to move forward with buying a 50yr old home. 10/10 would recommend.
