Extremely friendly staff. I was helped by a lovely gentleman who made the process of looking and getting the right product very easy and efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Nice layout of the store and friendly staff made me rate 5 stars. Would definitely go back to get any other beach products I need!
Bought 2 of The Bug 6ft Softboards at 2pm online, after the kids finished their last lesson. They were delivered personally by 530pm and the kids were riding them by 6pm. Both totally stoked with the boards and I can't believe how amazing the service was, thank you ❤️

Customer service is unmatched. Requested an express delivery for my order for a surf trip the following week and Caroline Bates replied to my email promptly and arranged the delivery 30 minutes just before COB. Keep up the good work guys. I haven’t experienced customer service like this one.

Just purchased a surf boad for my daughter. Rob was extremely helpful, with great knowledge and advice. He took the time to explain all the different board options so we could make informed decision. Thanks for all the advice and help Rob, you are a legend! Highly recommend Ocean and Earth for all your surfing needs, great shop and well stocked. Great customer service and advice. I went into the store looking to get into surfing after having done some lessons previously and was met with great advice aswell as a wide variety of products for me to choose from. Would recommend dropping into this store.

Brilliant customer service and advice. Have been to this store on a number of occasions and always felt looked after and that the staff genuinely want to help you. Had an issue with a surf lock and it was sorted immediately. These guys are legends!

Went in to have a look at some boards after mine broke- 16/07/‘22. The service we received from a super helpful dude is incredibly rare these days. And something that’ll serve him well in any career / endeavour he pursues. Left confidently with decision on a board and had an awesome surf that afternoon. And later read the review on the board and found out it’s one of the strongest boards in the market.
Highly, Highly…No, seriously, Highly recommend these guys. A cut above the rest. Great selection and variety to boot.
