We had the unfortunate experience of our freezer going out and then just a few days later our washing machine pump went out. Both times Yaro came out for the repairs, did the jobs quickly and got us back up and running. For the freezer, he had to diagnose the issue and couldn't get the compressor until the following day but he showed back up as scheduled and completed the job For the washer, he had the part and was in and out in no time Highly recommend!!

Honestly can't thank ThumbUp Pro enough. We live in East Frisco (75035) with a busy house and kids, so when stuff breaks, it's a huge headache. A few months ago our Samsung fridge was freezing up with thick ice all over the back wall and making an awful clicking sound. The tech showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong, cleared the drain line, and swapped the defrost sensor without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. Then recently our Samsung dryer started screeching and blowing cold air. Called them back right away, and they came out and replaced the heating element and rollers that same day. Super straightforward, fair pricing, and they actually know what they're doing with Samsung units. Solid refrigerator and dryer repair here in Frisco-definitely keeping their number handy.
