Mid May 2026, I placed post surgery recovery food with THS for a week. From initial stages of figuring out what were my preferred menu options to last minute changes of types is soup, they were accommodative. Except the rice and vegetable, everything else could feed 2 people. I enjoyed the pork, chicken, birds nest and red dates tea a lot. Food was delivered at the same time and when there were slight delays, driver always kept me informed. I genuinely felt the ingredients and cooking method helped me heal faster. Whilst I didn’t enjoy the herbal soups as it was gamey, they were quick to change to non herbal options. Highly recommend.

Ordered the confinement meal package and had a good experience overall. The team was responsive to feedback and, after I raised concerns about delivery timing, they promptly coordinated with the delivery team and adjusted the route to improve the schedule.

Sharing my experience back in Sept 2023, one of the right decision i made on my sudden decide home confinement, was planned for a confinement center. Their food, packaging, is really amazed me, I have another set of food from famous confinement center is definitely the other way of it, don’t even serve in proper container, just plastic. The person who serve us that time is really friendly and helpful too, but never got her name. A big thank to her! Portion is big, taste is good, provide feedback is listened and adjustments is being done immediately! Now, i am going to order for my 2nd confinement. Wish me all smooth for this round!

吃了一段时间后觉得蛮惊喜的，比我原本想象中好很多。餐点不只是讲究搭配，味道也是真的有顾到，像番茄蛋那种酸香刚刚好，很开胃；蔬菜也都炒得很清爽，不会油腻。下午茶的雪耳桃胶我很喜欢，口感滑滑的又不会太甜。整体吃下来是那种每天都会期待下一餐的感觉，而且不会觉得负担重。对我来说算是兼顾口味和日常需求的一种饮食选择。
