Sharing my experience back in Sept 2023, one of the right decision i made on my sudden decide home confinement, was planned for a confinement center. Their food, packaging, is really amazed me, I have another set of food from famous confinement center is definitely the other way of it, don’t even serve in proper container, just plastic. The person who serve us that time is really friendly and helpful too, but never got her name. A big thank to her! Portion is big, taste is good, provide feedback is listened and adjustments is being done immediately! Now, i am going to order for my 2nd confinement. Wish me all smooth for this round!

吃了一段时间后觉得蛮惊喜的，比我原本想象中好很多。餐点不只是讲究搭配，味道也是真的有顾到，像番茄蛋那种酸香刚刚好，很开胃；蔬菜也都炒得很清爽，不会油腻。下午茶的雪耳桃胶我很喜欢，口感滑滑的又不会太甜。整体吃下来是那种每天都会期待下一餐的感觉，而且不会觉得负担重。对我来说算是兼顾口味和日常需求的一种饮食选择。

这段时间在这里用餐，整体体验真的蛮不错的。餐食每天都有变化，不会吃到腻，而且搭配很用心，像五谷饭、糙米这些都比较清爽，不会有负担。印象比较深的是南瓜蒸鸡，口感很嫩还有一点自然甜味，还有黑醋猪脚，软糯入味但不会太油。汤水也很加分，味道很顺口，喝完是那种舒服的感觉。整体来说是属于吃得饱又不会腻的类型，日常调养很适合。

最近想调理身体，看朋友吃的好好就跟着订了 结果真的很满意，分量很足👍 鸡腿配黑胡椒和金针菇很好吃，肉很嫩又多汁，搭配糙米饭刚刚好。蔬菜和南瓜也很清爽不油腻。最喜欢是那碗药材汤，喝得出很用心熬，味道很自然不重口。整体吃完很舒服、有被好好照顾的感觉✨

餐点的口味整体来说很不错，调味不会太重，走的是清淡但不寡淡的路线 特别喜欢他们的汤和配菜，味道自然、不油不腻 对我来说是兼顾营养和好吃的一家，会愿意继续订 👍

他们家的餐点是用保温餐盒配送的，整体看起来干净又有质感，感觉很卫生也很安心。每天送来的餐都还是温热的，保温效果很好，不用担心食物变冷。

Tasty Heritage Signature 整体体验还不错✨ 每天的菜色都蛮丰富的，不会吃到腻 搭配也很均衡，有肉有菜有汤，吃得很安心👍 我个人很喜欢他们的汤水 味道不会太重，很顺口，喝了很舒服❤️ 分量也刚刚好，不会太少 吃完是刚刚好的饱足感 整体来说是那种每天都会期待的一餐🥹 如果你是想找比较清淡、舒服型的月子餐，可以考虑这一家👌

第一次尝试上门的月子餐，准时送到，餐还是热热的，保温做得很好👍 分量也很够，吃得很满足。汤特别加分，喝得出没有盐和味精，是食材本身的鲜甜味，很安心又好喝。整体真的很好吃，很推荐给坐月子或者想补一补的女生。。。

最近订了这家的月子餐服务，整体体验真的很不错👍 每天准时送达，包装也很干净卫生，让人很放心。 食物方面很用心，菜色搭配均衡，有汤有主食也有配菜，每一餐都吃得很满足。味道不会太重，但又不会淡到没味道，很适合产后调理。尤其是汤品，真的很滋补又好喝，每天都很期待。 整体来说是一个很方便又安心的选择，特别适合刚生产需要好好休息的妈妈。会推荐给身边有需要的朋友✨

Portions are generous, the food is consistently tasty and satisfying, and every delivery arrives on time, well-packed and still hot. It really saved me so much hassle during this recovery period and allowed me to focus fully on rest and baby. Highly recommend for any new mum looking for reliable and comforting confinement meals. 🥣🌟

I was surprised by the huge portion of food. One of the best decisions for new parents—especially for nursing moms and working dads—surprisingly, the meal can feed my hubby and me. Hassle-free lunch and dinner, they deliver on time, and you don’t need to wash the lunch packages. The food is also delicious and feels like heartfelt homemade meals.

I took the Royale Confinement Meal for 28 days for postpartum simply cause they offer bird nest/hashima/chicken essence daily instead of weekly 🤣 the portion are generous and I don't have to think about what to eat even for supper or snack. Love the lactation cookies as well taste great 👍🏻 they always deliver before lunch/dinner so it's always ready for dinner 👌🏻

最近试了 Tasty Heritage Signature 的月子餐，整体体验真的很不错。 一整套的餐点很完整，有主食、汤、配菜、甜品，还有小小的点心。份量其实蛮大的，我吃完真的有点饱。 味道也很好，是那种很家常、很舒服的味道，不会很清淡。可以感觉到他们的菜单是有用心设计的，主要是想让妈妈在坐月子的时候好好补身体、慢慢恢复。 我自己很喜欢他们的送餐服务。送餐前会先通知大概的时间，而且餐是送到门口的，包装也锁得很好，拿到的时候很安心。 对忙碌的妈妈，或者像我最近身体有点累的人来说，这种服务真的很方便。不用每天想要吃什么，可以好好休息。 之后应该还会再订 👍

I recently tried Tasty Heritage Signature’s confinement meal and I’m honestly quite impressed lar The portion is generous & comes in full set, got main dish, soup (ive gotten black beans walnuts chicken soup, jenggggg), sides, dessert and even cookies (i love the cookies!). The flavours are comforting and still feel nourishing. What I appreciate most is the convenience. They deliver to downstairs my condo and the packaging is securely locked, so everything arrives neat and intact. For mums who are recovering and already feeling tired especially after period, this really makes things much easier and convenient. It feels less like just a meal lar, and more like im being properly taken care of during recovery.

这家的月子餐整体让我吃得很安心。当天的鸡汤汤色清澈，喝起来非常清甜，不油不腻，鸡肉炖得软嫩，完全不会有腥味，喝完整个人都觉得很舒服，很适合产后调养。可以感觉得出来他们在烹调上很讲究，走的是健康、清淡但有营养的路线 😍 配菜方面也很加分，青菜新鲜清爽，小菜调味刚刚好，不会太重口，吃起来很有家常感。主食的面线口感适中，不会糊烂，简单却很耐吃 🥰 主理人 Michelle 也非常细心，时常会在 IG 上分享她的食谱和料理理念，看得出来是真的很用心在做这一块。再加上他们的送餐服务也很准时，保温做得很好，餐点送到时都还是热的，送餐人员也很有礼貌、很负责。整体来说，不只是食物好吃，还有一种被好好照顾的感觉，有机会你们一定要试试。🫶🏻

先说食物本身，整体真的很有水准。传统月子料理都做得很好，尤其是醋猪脚和黄酒鸡，真的好吃到让我有想加订的冲动 😂 味道很香，但不会太重或太腻，吃起来就是那种很像妈妈在家里煮的感觉，很温暖、很安心。 而且每一道菜都是比较健康的做法，不会油腻，也不会太咸太重口味，对产后调理真的很适合。坐月子期间每天都要吃这些餐点，如果太油太补反而会有负担，但他们家的餐点吃起来刚刚好，身体也感觉比较舒服。 汤品也很用心，每天都有不同变化，不会吃到腻，份量也很足，基本上每一餐都吃得很饱很满足。 另外真的很想特别称赞他们的送餐服务。无论下雨还是大太阳，每天都准时送到家门口，从来没有迟到过。对于刚生产完不方便出门的妈妈来说，这一点真的超级重要。送餐人员也都很亲切、有礼貌，每次接餐心情都会很好。
