Numerous issues with the initial installation two years ago, in 2023. Now we have a leak and cannot get in touch with them. Their website is gone and none of their numbers are in service any more. A bunch of fly-by-night charlatans. If you worked for this company, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Total Home Roofing installed my new roof in 2021 and everything went well. They gave me a 15 year warranty to fix any issues (under normal wear). Well, the roof has a small leak and all of the contact numbers are disabled. Angi even sent me to dead end contacts. I'm still trying to find somebody at TH/Angi Roofing that can help me.

Total Home finally showed up on October 9th 2021. It took 1 day to complete. One week later we contacted David Hughes again for leaks. He went up to look and said the vents were never sealed, fixed by him. Early February of 2022 more leaks. David Hughes said that he no longer worked for the company due to shoddy work. Someone else came out and said none of the shingles were sealed because they never removed plastic straps on back of shingles. Fixed again. Then March 4th 2024 called back for more leaks. Josh from THROOFING resources warranty issue came out and had to replaced 2 shingles then in June they came back and painted inside ceiling. Now it's leaking again and disconnected phones from them
This review is reference Total Home Roofing & Construction, 1180 Rockledge Blvd. Ste 103, Rockledge FL, also located in Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties. They went out of business while my roof was still under warranty without any notification! It included 15 year warranty (from Jan 2015), plus I purchased an additional ten years ($450), total years warranty 25 years! I have called all the numbers listed on the contract and left messages. Not one returned call! I found out through BBB that they were no longer in Business! The reason I chose them is because they were listed as A+ on the BBB site under the address 2555 N Courtenay Pkwy Ste 32, Merritt Island FL. It stated "A BBB Accredited Business since 03/28/2008. 9/16/24 - Update
Paid $1,976 to repair roof. They replaced rotten wood on the flat roofs that THR was to replace and didn't.
Have moldy smell in MBR.
Need mold remediation.
Paid $450 for mold report.
Stucco at bottom of walls around roof is buckling out due to water running under roof and down walls on all sides.
Home insurance will not cover due to faulty construction. This will cost me about $10,000.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Was told by THR their contractor is now closed. They stated they are no longer able to build or repair roofs. Gave me a 15 year worry free warranty and refused my warranty. They do not honor their warranty. They are still installing new roofs and have to repair bad wood on the roofs. Some need the wood replaced. Obviously they are an unscrupulous Business.

Update: Roof replaced on 12/21/21
Since installation, I had 3 roof leaks. One caused a lot of water in my master bed room. Had to recaulk my flat roof next to the Master bedroom there was a 3" hole under the flat roof and seal to flat roof was not done well. Wall of den (inside roof got wet), and our living roof got wet b/c 2" was not sealed.
I sealed the roof out side on above areas.
My flat roof has waves where the butimen is not sealed to the roof.

8/31/21, Sales rep came out.
9/22/21, Installed shingle roof and flat roof over garage. Taper system back ordered.
9/22/21, Invoiced for job
10/24/21 - Finished flat roof and taper roof.
Sales rep told me they roll the roof tile. Per contractor the tiles are barely stuck to the roof b/c the sun is not hot enough to melt the Tar or seal the flat roof. The flat roof on my garage and the taper roof, has rolls of air 8' long and bubbles all over them. This shows the Bitumen is not stuck to the roof. It needs torched and rolled.
Called Total home over 10 times so far and no one calls back. A contractor showed up to put patches over the rolls of air on my new flat roof. I told him I do not want a new roof with patches on it.
Emailed sales rep on 10/27 with pics and he forwarded all this over to his production manager. Emailed sales rep again on 11/17, and 11/19/21 with no response from Total Home.
11/22/21 - Still no callback from THR
Update
11/30/21 - Daniel, Project Mgr came out this morning. Handyman will be here tomorrow to torch and roll the flat roof and cut excess wood to match current wood on west side of house.
12/1/21 - 9:00am - Total Home came by to torch & roll my flat roof. Project Mgr was here too. They were working on the roof and then advised me it looks good. I see bubbles still on the 2 roofs. They did not bring a roller to roll the roof and only torched and stomped down on some air rolls. I advised their sales rep told me they roll every roof. PM Daniel advised they will come back when it is hotter to torch and roll the roof. The high today is 74. Was only told they will come back in the next 2 weeks and PM will call me. He stated due to shade from trees the moisture on the roof needs to dry up. Added pics after THR left and the rolls show up along with 2 new cuts about 2' long in 2 of the air rolls.
Friday, 12/3/21 - Received call from PM Daniel who advise they will need to replace both flat roofs with in the next 2 weeks.
Advised PM Daniel to verify wood used on house as I don't see what was replaced to what I was charged.
Tues, 12/7/21, Called Daniel and left VM message asking what day will the roofs be replaced. Also, want pics of wood replaced.
Sent email to Nicole and sales rep Andrew:
12/3/21 - Friday
Daniel called, advised they will be out in next 2 weeks to remove the bitumen on both flat roofs and install new bitumen, torching and rolling/ pressing the roof. Advised some sections of the shingles on the roof blow up in the air when I was blowing it off.
12/7/21 - Tuesday
Called PM Daniel and left voice message asking what day will they be out to replace the flat roofs and to take pics of wood replaced as I do not see the wood I am being charged for.
Absolutely steer clear from this company! Poor craftsmanship and no customer service. They covered this up with a gutter. All the wood is rotted. I know they saw it because they put a new piece of decking on top of the rotting wood. I would have paid to have it fixed then. Now I have to pay someone even more to fix everything. They also didn’t reinstall a vent for the exhaust fans. They left the pipes laying in the attic. A hole in the decking covered by shingles.
