Roof replaced by Total Home Roofing in Bonita 10/2022.. Roof is leaking , contacted the Bonita office and was told they are out of business 08/2024..

Had roof done in 2020. In 2022 we had a small leak, THR said they would send someone out. No-one showed. More leaks now (2024) and have left several messages for warranty dept after waiting on hold for 30min+ and no-one will call us back. They are fine until there is a problem.

I first noticed water damage a few years after the new roof was installed in 2020. Have called and left multiple messages. Now my 80 year old grandmother has been left to deal with this issue. Not a single call back from Total Home Roofing. I find that to be unacceptable.

As of 7/10/24 we have had a leak in our roof for the second time. I have called, emailed, and no response.

Update: was just told total home roofing has gone out of business! Buyer beware!! Terrible customer service. Questionable shingles and insulation job. My roof was done by this company 9 years ago and is under warranty and needs some repairs. I have called every day and left messages and no one will call me back. I have exposed nails, defective ridge caps, shingles loosing granules and this is after they “repaired” my roof 5 years ago.

Largo, 7/22/24 Update: Roof replaced on 12/21/21 Since installation, I had 3 roof leaks. One caused a lot of water in my master bed room. Had to recaulk my flat roof next to the Master bedroom there was a 3" hole under the flat roof and seal to flat roof was not done well. Wall of den (inside roof got wet), and our living roof got wet due to an inch of it was not sealed. Also some roofing tiles blow up when blowing off leaves. I sealed the roof out side on above areas. My flat roof has waves where the butimen is not sealed to the roof. The people who install my roof were not professional or experienced. I Do not recommend using this company. 8/31/21, Sales rep came out. 9/22/21, Installed shingle roof and flat roof over garage. Taper system back ordered. 9/22/21, Invoiced for job 10/24/21 - Finished flat roof and taper roof. Sales rep told me they roll the roof tiles when selling me on the product and I can have the taper system drain away from my patio. The taper roof was installed the wrong way with water draining on my patio. The tiles are barely stuck to the roof b/c the sun is not hot enough to melt the Tar or seal the flat roof. This makes the roof not guaranteed for high winds as leaves will blow under the shingles making the seal on the tiles impossible. At the power pole, the bitumen is 2 inches in the air glued to a boot attached to the pole. The flat roof on my garage and the taper roof, has rolls of air and bubbles all over them. The flat roof over my garage has rolls of air 8 ft long and numerous bubbles in it showing the Bitumen is not stuck to the roof. It needs torched and rolled. Called Total home over 10 times so far and no one calls back. A contractor showed up to put patches over the rolls of air on my new flat roof. I told him I do not want a new roof with patches on it. Emailed sales rep on 10/27 with pics and he forwarded all this over to his production manager. Emailed sales rep again on 11/17, and 11/19/21 with no response from Total Home. 11/22/21 - Still no callback from Manager or production supervisor at Total home. Have not paid the invoice and yet they still do not respond. Warranty repairs will be worse. Update 11/30/21 - Daniel, Project Mgr came out this morning. Handyman will be here tomorrow to torch and roll the flat roof and cut excess wood to match current wood on west side of house. 12/1/21 - 9:00am - Total Home came by to torch & roll my flat roof. Project Mgr was here too. They were working on the roof and then advised me it looks good. I see bubbles still on the 2 roofs. They did not bring a roller to roll the roof and only torched and stomped down on some air rolls. I advised their sales rep told me they roll every roof. PM Daniel advised they will come back when it is hotter to torch and roll the roof. The high today is 74. Was only told they will come back in the next 2 weeks and PM will call me. He stated due to shade from trees the moisture on the roof needs to dry up. Added pics after THR left and the rolls show up along with 2 new cuts about 2' long in 2 of the air rolls. I am leary about Total Home following up as to date I've had to call them all the time. Friday, 12/3/21 - Received call from PM Daniel who advise they will need to replace both flat roofs with in the next 2 weeks. Advised PM Daniel to verify wood used on house as I don't see what was replaced to what I was charged. Tues, 12/7/21, Called Daniel and left VM message asking what day will the roofs be replaced. Also, want pics of wood replaced. Sent email to Nicole and sales rep Andrew: 12/3/21 - Friday Daniel called, advised they will be out in next 2 weeks to remove the bitumen on both flat roofs and install new bitumen, torching and rolling/ pressing the roof. Advised some sections of the shingles on the roof blow up in the air when I was blowing it off. 12/7/21 - Tuesday Called PM Daniel and left voice message asking what day will they be out to replace the flat roofs and to take pics of wood replaced as I do not see the wood I am being charged for.

Nice job installing new roof on our entire house in 2020, but terrible job repairing the leak that began in Dec '23. TH Roofing sent 1 person in Feb '24 who applied some caulking on 1 small area, then 2 more people who replaced the tiles in the same area in May '24, but the roof is still leaking through the bathroom vent as of July '24. The most recent response we have from them is that we are on their "repair list".

7 yrs ago we had our roof replaced by Total Home.. We now have issues. We have a warranty. No one will return calls. It's been 10 days. We went to the physical address. Cars are in the parking lot, no.one would come to the door. Please help.

I received an estimate from Chuck. Very nice guy. I have been calling to get the project started. I have been in the phone with the office holding for HOURS. No I e ready to my texts and the # Chuck gave me just hangs up when I dial. I would hate to have to try to find someone else at this point. Can someone please respond. Thank you

Had roof replaced last year and some shingles are lifting. Put in a request last week for someone to come out and fix it and today I received a call saying that they are closed and out of business.

Called to get a warranty repair. Got a call back that they're going out of business and my warranty is no good anymore.

I hate to have to be this person but this has been the worst experience. I had my roof done prior to closing on my home and well the job was a complete mess. I had leaks from day one. They even used the wrong sealant in areas and I was told this after I complained about the leaks around my chimney. They had to order the correct material to get the job done, but guess what, the entire ceiling is moist and continues to leak throughout all the storms we have here in Florida (Kissimmee). I have called and called over and over, I have left messages for a call back but no one returns my calls. I have leakage in the living area, which they also never ran a water test to address the issue. I was told they would have the water test done and then move on from there but I literally never heard back nor could I get ahold of anyone. They have left me in the dust with my own problems although they should be responsible and address the damages and the POOR LABOR. I’m going to have to seek legal help with this one since no one wants to show any care. If I could rate a zero star rating I would!

Worst Customer Service in South Florida. Do not hire this company. No one answers the phone, several calls over and over and no answers, no email replies , I have leaks that need immediate attention. I filled out the warranty, I sent the pictures by email. Someone finally came and said it’s bad and told me I have to talk to a manager, and that they are no longer servicing the area. A job done in 2020 and I have a 15 year warranty. I’ll be taking legal action!!!!!

The roofing team did a great job. But the Total Home Roofing is lazy and greedy. They don’t want to work with insurance claims when you tell them you have a claim. They rather you put everything on a credit card. Then when you explain that you will not be putting the claim on your credit card they will spam you and send threats of property liens. ALL WHILE THE INSURANCE CHECKS TO PAY THEM ARE IN THE MAIL!!! lazy, greedy, and impatient! If you need to replace your roof and you have an insurance claim, do yourself a favor and work with a roofing company that will do the leg work and work with/coordinate with your insurance company.

Our new roof looks beautiful. We had an amazing crew that completed our roof in one day! I would definitely recommend Total Home Roofing for a quality job at a great price!
