I had an amazing experience at Thrive Wellness Center. Huge thank you to Damon, for taking the time to explain the importance of recovery and how much of a difference it can make in our everyday lives. I was able to try out several different recovery machines and learn about the benefits each one offers.
The entire staff was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. The environment was awesome, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people feel and perform at their best.
As someone who stays active with working out, playing soccer, and running a business, I've realized how important it is to take care of my body and prioritize recovery.

Trizeptide shots
They didnt help me at all adjusting my shots. I paid 150 a week and was only on a third if what I should have been on. One year wasted. I was only on .45 when I should have been gradually bumped up each week. I was never on a full dose in one year!!! They wasted my money. Im very disappointed. I dont suggest going there.

Very clean, professional, and well knowledgeable in helping to take care of all of your wellness needs! As an athlete, everyone is always super friendly and accommodating to my recovery goals, making sure I’m able to perform at my best. Highly recommend!!
Whether you’re an athlete or just focused on everyday wellness, I’ve been coming here for football recovery and treatment, and it’s been a great experience every time. The staff is professional, family-oriented, friendly, and cares about helping you recover and feel better. Since coming here, I’ve had less pain, faster recovery, and better movement on the field. I definitely recommend this wellness center to any person/athlete!
Fantastic service and facility. Well run and very informed buisness. Provided top of the line care and equipment as well. Hands down best place in Sioux City for recovery and treatment. As an athlete it’s critical to have recovery and this is the place to go
Stopped in at Thrive and had a damn good experience. Staff was friendly, knew what they were doing, and didn’t make it awkward or complicated. Place was clean, ran smooth, and they took good care of me. Felt a lot better after. Would definitely recommend them.
