ThriveBizz has been HARD at work for me since they started managing my Amazon seller account 5 weeks ago. I wish I would have hired them back in Jan 2024 when I launched my first product because they offer more than the other two full-service firms I tried. Communication has been very good. They keep me in the loop and educated me regarding what they are doing (and why). They revamped my whole PPC strategy, lowered spend without lowering sales, built my store, created shipping plans for 2 products with 5 variations total (which are all arriving this week), improved many stats, updated my listings, and SO much more! When I saw the pictures and infographics for my new skincare product I said "Sir, I give you a gold medal! Magic indeed. I love it" because of how little I gave them to work with.
