Looked for infrared sauna online and found 3 Degrees, no need to look further. Great atmosphere and even better assistance from Ashley and Renea. Exceptional experience and will definitely be going back soon!

i returned to @3DegreesSF for another session and decided to upgrade and include the “salt mist” option…
for 20$, the associate failed to mention that the saline pod only lasts for a fraction of the session and didn’t offer to sell me another when it ran out! had I been aware that it wasn’t meant to last the entire time, I would not have purchased the upgrade, as $1/minute is ridiculous considering the effects, which I didn’t feel whatsoever in that brief time…
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UPGRADE!!

thoroughly enjoyed my session @3DegreesSF… the facility is extremely clean and the sense of calm I felt afterwards was so pleasant and rejuvenating. I really enjoyed the hypervibe shake machine as well and felt it really added to the relaxation overall…
I enjoyed staying in the same sauna room with my wife and watching a movie together.

I saw the ad on Facebook and booked my free session. My experience was better than I expected in the following areas: 1. It's truly private. 2. I didn't expect to watch a movie while I enjoyed the sauna. 3. The different lighting in the sauna room was very cool. Reading the benefits of different colors was helpful. 4. Staff was polite and professional. I was presented different promotions and prices, but was not pressured to purchase anything.

10/10 recommend 3 degrees! I’ve done dry and wet saunas but had never tried an infrared before going to 3 degrees. Hands down the best experience. The sauna was so relaxing and the staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Great experience!!

I had never been to a sauna before 3 degrees but after 2 sessions I will definitely be going back! I loved the relaxing atmosphere and I can tell the difference it has made to my mind and body!

I have never enjoyed a sauna session more than I have at 3 Degrees. It was an upscale spa experience with incredible equipment. I LOVE the cool towels after. The owner and staff elevate the sauna experience by being so welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the various benefits of infrared saunas. Not only do I leave feeling rejuvenated, but also empowered with all I learned regarding health benefits - confident in how I’m taking care of my body. My favorite is to workout, and then hit the sauna! They also accepts HSA/FSA!!!
