I reached out to this company for a window installation quote but unfortunately never received a response. I followed up multiple times and still did not hear back. It’s disappointing because I was ready to move forward with the project, but communication is a key part of any service. Hopefully they improve their responsiveness in the future.
Here is the email I sent to the company owner back on March 20th who has still not responded to me as of 02 April, 2026:
Hi there, we're not off to the best start. After having SEVEN window companies come through my home, I selected you based on price, promise and overall reputation. However, when Joe came out and I signed my contract, I started to see your online ads a couple days later for a whole house window replacement for LESS than what I am paying for 3 windows. This was never brought to my attention. What are these other options? Are they any good? No one told me about this, and I may have gone that route if it was communicated. Next, he told me my 2nd measure would happen LAST Friday but that was apparently incorrect. For context, I work 70 hours a week from home and my time is limited. I ran my a$$ off last week to get to the bank to get your deposit, which I find out after the fact that it wasn't necessary at that time. Your 2nd measure guys today also mentioned that this was happening to more people than just me where the 2nd measure date provided is different than what is real. Today I am waiting for an appt made 2 weeks ago for an 11 AM time slot when I get a call or text at around 11:15 from the measurer telling me they're running late from another job (guess I don't count) and that he would now arrive closer to 1 PM. The guys were on the way out of the house, and they had no clue that I was supposed to give them a deposit check. He seemed surprised when iI told him because he was obviously never told, "yeah, I guess could take a check." Seriously?! Not only is there poor communication with your customers but apparently it's an internal problem as well. I really don't have time to get jerked around like this, and I'm giving you over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for THREE windows because you failed to mention that you could, at least according to the ad you're running, have new windows for the ENTIRE home for less. I would appreciate some professionalism and honesty at some point in this transaction because it sucks to be taken advantage of and I don't respond well to it. I thought I selected the best choice of providers but I haven't seen proof of that yet.
Three brothers home improvement went far beyond my expectations of what a good window replacement company should be. Prompt on time courteous diligent and experienced workers did an amazing job on replacing my house windows. Now not only does my house look great but I am now protected from hurricanes. which gives me a great peace of mind in our stormy season. Thank you Three Brothers Home improvement for an outstanding job, you’ll always come highly recommended.

In a world that is full of sloppy crews along with sloppy work, THREE BROTHERS HOME IMPROVEMENT are the complete opposite of such a view. What a great job they did and how neat they were with the job.

Every person I spoke with was genuine and helpful.
It costs a lot to change windows but this company is worth every cent.

Very disappointing experience. I asked for "insulated impact glass" and the contract I signed ultimately was written as "impact glass" only, and not the insulated impact I asked for multiple times.
After both requesting "insulated impact" sliding glass doors online (via Facebook advert I responded too) and then having a salesman come to our home to quote us, I again asked him specifically for "insulated impact glass" multiple times during his visit.
Just before signing the contract my wife and I again asked " just checking this price is for insulated impact, sliding glass doors with low e and Argon filled gap in the insulated portion of glass", and again the salesman answer was "yes". So we signed the contract.
Luckily I read the contract again the next day and saw the salesman had put "impact" glass only in the contract and not "insulated impact" glass. I immediately canceled the contract as all these types of contracts have a 3 business day clause whereby you can cancel with no questions asked.
The owner did apologize, which I do appreciate, for the "misunderstanding ". I just find it hard to understand how we asked so many times for "insulated, low-e, Argon filled impact glass" and yet the contract was written as "impact" only, a major difference.
I did post this review 2 weeks ago, and the owner asked me to please remove it so they could resolve everything, and said I was welcome to leave an updated review based on the final outcome. I did remove the review, and 2 weeks later, have still never heard a single word again from Three Brothers Home Improvement.
Based on my experience, I feel as a consumer, if I had read an honest review like this prior to getting a quote from this company, I would have been extra vigilant, or not called them at all, so want to make others aware of my experience.
After reading all the great reviews and doing my research, Three Brothers Home Improvement did exactly what they promised. The sales team was professional and knowledgeable, and the installation crew did an excellent job.
It’s refreshing to see an honest company that truly stands behind its word. Highly recommend!
