These guys did a great job embroidering a large batch of helmet bags for my command. They nailed the design perfectly; their work was extremely detail oriented and they confirmed all aesthetic decisions with me (colors, sizing, spacing, etc.) which resulted in a great final proof and overall product. Additionally, their turnaround time was fast, well ahead of my requested no-later-than date. I recommend Thread Pros to anyone who wants quality embroidery work and I will be using these guys for all future orders!

I had a great experience with Thread Pros here in Reno. I needed to get my Dodgers jerseys embroidered but couldn’t find a reliable shop so I was about to send it to a business in Phoenix, Arizona. These guys are awesome! I have no idea about logo design and embroidery but I knew we wanted some swag for our small company. I reached out and sent our logos by email, and within minutes they had mockups of what those logos would look like embroidered. They even managed to capture the two tone of our logo and the pass through portions. I dropped off 5 Patagonia jackets and they had them done in 2 days. Prices were great, especially for the quality of the work and attention to detail. Thread Pros take pride in their work and it shows. Couldn’t be happier, we will be customers for life!

Update one year later - I ordered from Thread Pros again for our camping trip. They designed killer logos for us and applied to hats, shirts and backpacks. They do amazing work and their products are quality! We'll keep coming back!! I am so very pleased with the service and end product I received from Thread Pros! I ordered shirts for a camping trip. We were celebrating our 10 year camping anniversary with this group of friends and I wanted to make it special. Jon and Trevor really worked with me to create a design, pick colors and get it done in time to deliver the very best shirts! We had a variety of sizes and styles (v-neck for women and crew neck for the guys). They gave me exactly what I wanted and so much more! Do not hesitate to use this business. We just had T-shirts and hats done for our Pizza Factory by Jon and his awesome partner. He was upfront and honest every step of the way. With barely any input from me he knew exactly what I wanted for a new graphic. He showed me one proof and it was perfect. Because it didn't take long to approve his design he put the remaining money towards our printing order. Totally up to date with the newest trends and works to make everything as affordable as possible. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Invoices are sent every step of the way so that there are no surprises.Could not be happier with the outcome and plan to order sweatshirts and other merch soon.

Thread Pro’s went above and beyond to help me out with a last minute order. My previous embroider canceled on me days before the our Event and I needed some Merch to sell. John (owner) and his team took it upon themselves to make that happen working after hours and into the weekend. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out. I sold out of the sweatshirts at the Event and will be ordering more!
