Thrasher has been great. Everyone I have spoken with or had at the house has been professional, polite, and very helpful.
I can't remember her name now (I'm sorry), but the first person I spoke with to schedule our termite inspection was very friendly, polite and informative. I was able to schedule an inspection that worked with my work schedule and she answered all of my questions.
Mike came for our termite inspection, and answered my many questions about termites and the tenting process. He explained everything very well and I felt no pressure to have to tent right away. I just did tent with them and the process was smooth and the gentlemen that came to do the service were helpful and efficient.
I set up for regular pest control since we have started having various pest issues, and Brandon was able to answer of all of my questions about the services and the chemicals used because I was concerned for my dogs. I feel confident that we can get rid of the bugs without endangering our pets.
Today Miguel came to treat our outside areas for other pests. I have dogs, and he texted 30 minutes out so that I had time to let the dogs out and get them back in before he arrived. He listened to what issues I was seeing and promptly got to work. He let me know when he was finished and gave me some more helpful information. I have also had Christian and Domanic to my house now, and as expected, they were also knowledgeable and professional.
I am glad Thrasher was recommended to me, and am very happy with the services I have received so far. No one wants to deal with bugs in their house, but Thrasher makes it easy to schedule services and they are very knowledgeable. Thank you.
