I had a leaking kitchen faucet and called Thor’s plumbing for help. Hunter came and confirmed that I needed a new faucet. After purchasing it, I called and spoke with Brittany who scheduled a quick appointment. Hunter came right out to install it. I’m so grateful that I have found my “go to” plumbing company. Thank you Brittany and Hunter!! I might add that Hunter came even though he was having a physical challenge with one knee. I’m very grateful for exceptional service. Carol P.

I had a leak in a pipe at the well. Called Thor's on Monday and they were out on Tuesday. They had everything fixed in just a few minutes. Hunter was friendly and helpful. I will be calling them again.

Friday 8/21, I woke up to my home office flooded by my hot water heater. A friend recommended Thor’s Plumbing Solutions. They were able to come out same day and replace my gas hot water heater and did a great job. I appreciate them answering all my questions and the quality of the installation is second to none. Very clean and a big improvement over what was removed. Spent time with me to ensure I knew how to operate the gas part correctly. Thank you very much, DB

Theron's team worked an almost 12-hour day to get a total replumbing of the crawl space and first floor done in a single day. Throughout the process Theron and his team kept me updated on the status. Theron was on site or available by phone and personally finished up the job to ensure all work was done right.

Country home with no water, major hassle. Tror came out promply, quickly found problem and repaired. As a senior citizen, you get used to people taking advantage of repairs, so it was pleasant to deal with honest and competent service.

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from Thor’s Plumbing Solutions. I highly recommend Thor for any plumbing services. He just completed a well pump repair for us in 1 day. The images, written report, and billing were all professional and useful. We are getting him to remove and replace kitchen faucets and seal the plumbing pipes exit area in the crawl space. We are in Bahama, not Durham, but he still came out quickly without issue. Thor has made this a worriless plumbing service experience. Thanks.

Juan and Hunter both worked on my new 50 gal gas water heater. It was somewhat hectic as it was a Friday afternoon and they came and went several times. The project was finished by 7 PM. They were courteous and kept me posted throughout. The price was fair and the water lines and expansion tank were upgraded as well. I would use them again and I trust their work!

Drains were slow and gurgling. Crepe Myrtle tree roots had invaded the drain line. Apparently a crack was made in the pipe while my home was being built. That crack allowed the roots to invade the pipe. Sewer Drop Service Repair: drain line drop joint and pipe replacement. Hot day and lots of digging through hard clay. They finished in a few hours. Another great customer service experience from booking the appointment to actual visit by the plumber and his crew. I highly recommend them.

Hunter with Thor plumbing was fantastic! He arrived promptly and was thorough. When he wasn’t satisfied with the first technical support response for our tankless water heater, he called back and ran additional test with another technician. He also identified that we needed to trim the bush in front of the vent and is ordering a Wi-Fi device so we can monitor and reset water heater without crawling under the house. Our water heater is in a crawl space where we have spotted snakes so I’ll gladly leave the snake patrol to my husband and Hunter. Thanks for going where I would definitely wouldn’t. Professional, persistent and great customer service.

They came out at 6pm on a Friday evening, and didn't leave until they had the problem fixed at 9:30 that night. They were clear, courteous, and professional the whole way through. We are extremely happy to be able to flush our toilets this weekend, and it's all thanks to Thor's Plumbing!
