Drains were slow and gurgling. Crepe Myrtle tree roots had invaded the drain line. Apparently a crack was made in the pipe while my home was being built. That crack allowed the roots to invade the pipe. Sewer Drop Service Repair: drain line drop joint and pipe replacement. Hot day and lots of digging through hard clay. They finished in a few hours. Another great customer service experience from booking the appointment to actual visit by the plumber and his crew. I highly recommend them.

Hunter with Thor plumbing was fantastic! He arrived promptly and was thorough. When he wasn’t satisfied with the first technical support response for our tankless water heater, he called back and ran additional test with another technician. He also identified that we needed to trim the bush in front of the vent and is ordering a Wi-Fi device so we can monitor and reset water heater without crawling under the house. Our water heater is in a crawl space where we have spotted snakes so I’ll gladly leave the snake patrol to my husband and Hunter. Thanks for going where I would definitely wouldn’t. Professional, persistent and great customer service.

Thor saved my life,!!! When my kitchen sinks and my washing machine backed up I was in a panic and had no idea who to call to handle this. Went to the Internet to search for help and found Thor 's Plumbing Solutions and after reading the reviews decided to give him a call, best decision I could have made. He listened intently as I explained what was happening and thought he already had a full schedule he agreed to work me in. He was sensitive to my situation and told me what to expect. Needed a faucet removal and new faucet install. Made an appointment with Thor's Plumbing Solutions. Hunter arrived and handled our service call with such professionalism but was also very personable. Ultimately, we needed some additional water line repairs which Hunter explained in detail. Hunter was very patient with all of our questions and gave us several excellent recommendations on other services we want to have done. All the pricing is provided up front and reasonable. We will be having Thor's Plumbing Solutions back for more services and highly recommend this company!

We called to have a leaky toilet and a couple outside faucets repaired. I was impressed from the moment we called, the lady that handled the call was very polite and got us scheduled quickly. Hunter serviced our needs and was very kind, explained the repairs thoroughly, and gave us several options to choose from before proceeding with work. We are first time customers and will definately choose them again for future plumbing needs!
