Such an amazing service. I was in town visiting my daughter and her car broke down not knowing the town. I was recommended Thompson Towing & recovery. The owner came over and before towing my car he jumped the battery the car started immediately and he had me follow him to the auto shop. So nice and helpful highly recommend
Craig and Isaac are wonderful! We live in Warrensburg. We had gone to Chillicothe to check out a Ford Ranger. Our test ride and conversation with the sellers went well. We bought it. Less than 15 miles from their home it broke down. We called them, they brought us water and was very nasty! We added the water and it broke down again. We called several tow services in and around Chillicothe, all wanted a fortune or the wait was hours away. Then I happened upon Thompson tow service in Marshall. Wonderful experience. Got to us in a timely manner and got us home. Craig and Isaac came thru for us without breaking the bank. If you find yourself in need of their services, you will not be disappointed!
Today we were traveling through Missouri on the I-70 west, and our alternator belt went. Not only did Craig respond on a Sunday, but he arrived in short time, and towed us to the nearest part store in Marshal, where he replaced our belt for us!! Craig, thank you so much for helping a couple of stranded Canadians, and thank you for your generosity and kind hearted neighbourly-ness!!
