Back in September 2023, I got an estimate and repair for my beloved vehicle, and I could tell by the way they approached the estimate and explained the repairs that they had my best interest in mind and that they designed their repairs for longevity.
All staff members that I interacted with were personable and knowledgeable enough to guide me through my first insurance/estimate/repair debacle.

There are not enough words to describe how great Thomas collision center is! I have taken my car to them twice and they did a fantastic job both times. Kerri and Keith went above and beyond this time to get my vehicle taken care of. From the time I dropped it off and picked it up they handled everything and kept me updated on what was happening! They are so professional and do excellent work. I could go on forever about them as they are outstanding Thank you so much!!
You will not find a more professional, kind, knowledgeable team anywhere - from the top down! The attention to detail on my Supe Duty's repairs was incredible, right down to my OSU emblem being carefully removed from the damaged tailgate and placed on the new one (and much straighter than I had done). There was significant stress and back-and-forth with the insurance carrier, and I would not have blamed this team if they had thrown up their hands and said they could not do the repairs - but the fought for me more than my insurance did (no shade to the good guy). I am confident in the safety of my truck now, and will never go anywhere else for repairs, small or big. These guys a gem and are truly the type of people and business owners you want to support.

I had Thomas Collision paint my new bumper and a few weeks later my new paint job got damaged from hitting something in the road. I came back and Keith told me he’d take care of it for a good price. They called me after a week or two and told me they’d fixed it free of charge. Would recommend
My undercarriage shield was hanging so they fixed it. Was happy to pay but he didn’t charge me. BUT, then I noticed my bumper was split horizontally. I looked and figured I could snap it back. I was unable to do so. I took it back and asked they snap it back. He then said it was like that when it came it, which is not true. He was unprofessional but had it fixed while he huffed and puffed. He seems to want to sale and instead of letting work come to him he appeared to cause more issues and lied just to get work. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I think he believes his lies. All he had to do was fix it. But he just kept saying it’ll get worse. It might but that’s not the point. Dishonest and unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money.

We have always tried to do what we can for our customers. We know that some little things can be patched with a band aid. A temporary fix. It was explained at the time your patch would not last. Seems like when we try to do things as favors it turns out bad. We should have just given you an estimate to repair it correctly the first time you came in and we would have avoided the entire situation. We always try to do what’s in the best interest of the customer. I hope you can find another body shop that will go out of their way to get you by a little longer for no charge.

5 stars isn't enough! Everyone I spoke to was always professional, friendly and made me feel like I was a Celebrity! Kerri was always smiling and very knowledgeable. Keith was very informative and helped me work through the claim process and he knew what he was doing. Excellent customer service, they do really care about their customers. They kept me informed of the process and stood by everything they told me. The lobby was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The work on my vehicle was beyond exceptional, and my Explorer looks good as new. I am soo glad I made the choice to go to Thomas Collision Center! I highly recommend!!
I can’t say enough good things about Thomas Collision. I had originally went with a different body shop until they told me that my vehicle would not be repaired until possibly close to the end of the year and there was just no way I could wait that long. I called and spoke to Kerri and she was honest about when repairs would begin but it was so much faster than the other body shop. She then called me a week later and told me to bring it in and they would start taking it apart. I was so worried about the paint not matching my car (it’s a hard color match after damage) but I just got my car back after maybe 4? weeks and I could not be more pleased! You cannot tell that any damage was done and the color is perfect! Kerri was always so nice on the phone and in person! I will not go to anyone else for repairs although I hope I never have to again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
