This is actually my second review for this delivery service.. been using the service for several months now and I have to say the budtenders are top tier - I've worked in the industry for years, I've worked in dispensaries, so I know when they know their stuff - special shout out to Sam on the phone for patiently walking through product with me and for being so knowledgable... the service itself is great too- always on time, polite - and selection is great for deliver, prices are also solid

Correct! Due to Yucca Valley city ordinance, we are unable to be walk-in or recreational, and instead are delivery-only and medical-only. Give us a call and we can walk you through the process!

We tried coming here, but they wouldn't let us in.They only do delivery or medical marijuana cart, which I did have my card.But the girl says it takes a little bit to put , put me in the system so screw that we went to a better dispensary

Hey Ali! Sorry you weren't able to come inside and shop in person, we are hopeful that Yucca Valley will amend its laws to allow in-person recreational sales.

If you already have your card, then it typically only takes 20-60 minutes to receive delivery! (Depending on location of course). If you would like to give us another shot, give us a call! I promise you will be satisfied with the service.

I paid after being told I was getting a 1/2 Ounce then I got home and opened the bag and it was 5 G, so make sure you know what you’re paying for. They were not willing to supplement the rest of the flower for their budtenders miscommunication.

We’re sorry to hear there was confusion with your order — we always want every customer to get exactly what they intended to purchase. After reviewing the order, it looks like a 5-gram jar of Sluggers Hit was selected instead of the ½-ounce West Coast Treez. Once we were contacted (the following day), the product had already been opened and mostly used, which makes a return or exchange impossible under state regulations.

That said, we are still offering a goodwill resolution — 20% off any item on our menu plus 3.5 g of Nameless Genetics flower for $1 (a $48 value) — which goes far beyond standard policy.

We understand mix-ups happen and truly wish we’d been notified sooner so we could’ve fixed it immediately. We encourage all customers to double-check their order totals before completing checkout or opening products, and to contact us right away if anything seems off — we’ll always make it right on the spot.
