I've been going to Jasmine for a couple of years and I couldn't recommend her enough! During my last session, we didn't discuss the massage prior, yet she was able find each of my problem areas and focus on them. She's truly talented at what she does and I can't wait 'til my next session!

The deep tissue, therapeutic massage was outstanding--Jasmine's skill and attention to detail made it one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was just right, targeting all the right spots to relieve tension and leave me feeling rejuvenated. I also appreciated the natural, scent-free sheets, which added to the clean and calming atmosphere. Jasmine's choice of massage lotion was fantastic--lightly scented and left my skin feeling amazing without any overpowering fragrance.
I only wish I lived closer to San Diego so I could visit regularly! Without a doubt, I'll be back at The You Massage on my next trip to the area. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a top-notch massage experience!

I’ve been going to Jasmine for 8? Years. Or more? She’s very knowledgeable and definitely knows what she’s doing. If you like deep pressure, she definitely has the strength for it! But if you don’t, she listens to preferences. Both my husband and I drive in 20 minutes and deal with the parking because she’s so good. Highly recommended.
Jasmine is extremely talented and customizes your massage to your needs. She discusses your goals and current ailments at the beginning of the session to ensure she’s focusing on the right areas. I frequently have tight shoulders & neck and tight hamstrings and she always fixes me up! Her space is very relaxing. I’ve been going for over a year - I definitely recommend to others!
Amazing experience!!! Came back last minute after work my body was so sore and we had to book an appointment 2hours in advance usually but she was soo so nice she said I can have a massage know.
Massage was perfect exactly what I needed. I asked a deep tissue massage and now I am sooo relax !! Hahah

Wow!!! She is the best. My neck and shoulders are always tight because I spend so much time on the computer. Jasmine literally spent an hour on my neck and shoulders, it was soooo relaxing and much needed. I was surprised because whenever I tell a therapist where some focus areas are they don't spend enough time to really make sure the tension is relieved. She was very intuitive to where my tightness was and how to loosen it. Definitely going back!

Jasmine is amazing! She listens and adjusts to my needs as they differ session to session. She is a skilled massage therapist with “magic hands” who unknots tense muscles like she’s untying shoes.
Example: After I left a 90-min massage the intense lower back pain I was experiencing was gone….and hasn’t come back!

Jasmine at the You Studio is great! After meeting her years ago, she quickly became the only therapist I would go to. Jasmine is not only highly effective and knowledgeable in her craft, but is also a consummate professional. Her prenatal massages helped keep me healthy and calm during a high-risk pregnancy, and now her customizable massages are a cornerstone of my self-care routine. my 3rd visit. she's done a great job relaxing the tension, tightness and dull ache in my shoulder and neck from long ago whiplash.
as an avid cyclist, she also does a fantastic job helping me overcome the soreness and stiffness from my long, intense rides.
as I've mentioned before, she does a fantastic job of asking about issues not only now but from previous visits so there's fantastic continuity from visit to visit.
I'd highly recommend her!

Jasmine is amazing! I go to her once a month for my 90 min massage. I finally am putting myself first! She does cupping and hot stone massage which is such a plus. She is so attentive to pressure and is so knowledgeable in the craft, I highly recommend!
