We are truly sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied, and we would like to offer some context for clarity, both for you and for those reading this review. We always strive to deliver a high standard of workmanship and service, and while we accept that not everything went perfectly, we also want to be transparent about the steps we took to address your concerns.

Paint Colour Issue:

As mentioned, the initial paint colour was a rare and unfortunate error caused by a naming overlap between F&B and Little Green. The colour used matched the details provided on your signed-off specification, but unfortunately did not include a brand or reference number. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we agreed without hesitation to repaint the cabinets entirely at our own cost.

In-Situ Repainting:
It is normally our policy, in the rare event of a colour issue, to bring the cabinets back to our factory for a professional spray finish. However, in this case, we listened to your concerns around timing and your needs as a young family with children at home. In an effort to help, and as a one-off exception, George kindly offered to repaint the cabinets on-site to avoid leaving you without a working kitchen for longer than necessary. While this was done with the best intentions, we appreciate that the outcome may not have fully met expectations, and we’re genuinely sorry for any disappointment this caused.

Please note that the specialist cabinet paint used is highly durable but does require several weeks, and sometimes months to fully cure. Typically, cabinets are left to cure before being put into use. In this case, as the kitchen went into immediate daily use — especially in high-traffic areas like around your fridge, as shown in the photo — the paint has been damaged. This is unfortunate, and something we want to rectify.

Ongoing Support:
We truly regret that you are unhappy, and we want to assure you that we’re here to help and resolve any concerns.
