The White Kitchen Company is highly recommended. We had a very positive experience, despite being unable to have any face to face meetings due to distance. The kitchen itself is excellent quality and we are over the moon with the final result. We love the stacked cupboards, large drawers and bespoke table. There were no hidden costs and everyone that we spoke to was extremely professional and polite. Our kitchen designer Zuzanna was really committed to helping us to realise our vision and super organised, with quick response time to questions both before and after delivery of the kitchen. The whole project including delivery ran very smoothly.

I would strongly advise anybody considering a custom-built, hand painted kitchen to contact The White Kitchen Company immediately, and make the journey to their lovely Pitsford showroom. Our delightful designer, Zuzanna, was clear thinking and imaginative, and she listened very carefully to our own ideas and details of our lifestyle. Her attention to detail was impressive throughout, and we felt, from start to finish, that we were in “safe hands”. The quality of the cabinetry and fitting is superb, and represents very good value compared to other companies in the Marketplace. High quality kitchen designed and delivered at a very good price We initially chose to go with the White Kitchen Company for our new kitchen as we were not happy with the quality of the standard products from the larger companies but were not willing to pay silly money going with one of the well known "top end" suppliers. We were made very welcome at the showroom and the whole design process went very smoothly, effortlessly accomodating the idiosyncrasies of our 200 year old house. The units were all delivered on time and to our precise specification. As we live quite some distance from the company, we chose to use our own fitters to install the kitchen. They were very complimentary about the quality of the units and experienced no problems at all in the fitting process. We have now been using the kitchen for 6 months and have not encountered any problems at all - excellent quality. We are very happy with the White Kitchen Company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We could not be happier with our kitchen from TWKC. We spent a long-time shopping around, comparing the competition, and found none really come close to quality and design, with flexibility for bespoke customization, at this price point. They’re in a different league to the more ‘mainstream’ competition (such as Neptune, Harvey Jones, John Lewis of Hungerford etc) in terms of design, materials, construction and also price. The showroom is well worth a visit for inspiration and ideas. Christopher, one of the company founders, took the time to open especially for us on a bank holiday to show us around. We were very impressed with what we saw and with the quality and range of cabinetry. We subsequently worked with Holly in designing a well thought out kitchen that incorporated all the features that what we wanted. She patently addressed all our concerns and questions. Production process and fitting was all very smooth, we were project managing it ourselves alongside electricians, plumbers, painters, worktop fabricators etc. which was certainly an experience. However, George and the rest of the team at Heasman and Co. did a great job of fitting and the scheduling all worked out very well in the end. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TWKC to others.

SUPERB ! I can’t recommend The White Kitchen Company highly enough. The level of service has been outstanding from start to finish. Zuzanna, my designer, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and reassuring – she guided me through every decision and really listened to all of my concerns. We had work done in 4 rooms. The, products, delivery and installation by their dedicated team at Heasmans was also superb. I just need to now get the decorators in and it'll be amazing...

We were initially very pleased with the quality of our new kitchen from the White Kitchen Company. However, the company let itself down with poor service. We had endless issues with incorrect measuring and errors in construction which took forever to be corrected. Our final issues with a faulty cupboard (the hinge broke after 3 months and the company failed to provide an air outlet for the extractor fan) were never fully resolved, and we have been forced to solve them ourselves. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

As a developer for high-end homes we can't find a better company to supply our Kitchens. The build quality is outstanding, every cabinet and fitting feels solid, well-crafted, and built to last. We’re so happy with our new kitchen from The White Kitchen Company. Right from the start, they were great to work with and really listened to what we were trying to achieve. They got involved early on and worked with our architect, which helped shape the whole design around how we live, not just the layout. It all felt very personal and tailored to us. Going to the showroom was really helpful. Seeing the different cabinet styles and layouts in person made it much easier to picture things and make decisions. We went with the Period English collection because we liked the classic Shaker look, and it really suits our Edwardian home. The finished kitchen feels simple, classic and like it belongs in the house. One of the biggest changes was opening up the kitchen to the garden. Before, the kitchen didn’t connect to the outside at all, which made the garden hard to use. Now it flows straight out and has made a huge difference in how we use the space every day. Our favourite part is definitely the island. It was custom made just for us and was inspired by a mix of ideas including a traditional dairy table and the feel of a Parisian bar. The dark stained oak gives it a warm, rich look and it really does feel like a piece of furniture. It has become the social hub of the kitchen and a real statement piece where everyone naturally gathers, whether it’s just us as a family or when friends come over. Everything works together really well and the space feels calm, comfortable and easy to live in. We spend most of our time in there now. For anyone planning a similar project, we’d say: focus on how you use your space and don’t be afraid to make big changes. The result can be something truly special.

Very Happy With My New Kitchen! I had my kitchen fitted by The White Kitchen Company and I am really happy with how it turned out. The whole process was smooth. They listened to what I wanted and helped guide me through the design without any pressure. The quality of the cupboards and finish is excellent and everything was fitted with care. The team was friendly, on time and left the place tidy. It is exactly what I was hoping for. Well made, looks great and works perfectly for how I use the space. The kitchen cabinets themselves are ok and the separate installation company did a great job. The owner of this company in my view is thoroughly unpleasant though. His idea of customer handling is extremely different to mine. The biggest issue was that there was a mistake where the kitchen company painted our cabinets the wrong colour. This was very unlucky on their part and I was sympathetic with them, but nevertheless it was due to a weakness in their systems (which I understand they are rectifying). They did agree to put this right at their cost by repainting on site (at our inconvenience of course). But weeks later we did not have a date for this - leaving us quite uncertain what the timeline might be. We only got a date after we posted a negative review some weeks later. After spending this much money it is really quite upsetting if it is the wrong colour (the difference between a dark and light green) and it would have really helped to at least have a timeline. The lady who helped with the design in my view also did not seem to care about our timeline. I had explained to her that it mattered hugely to us that we lock in an earlier installation date, so that we did not end up without running water downstairs for longer than necessary, with two small children at home. Their policy (understandably) is that this is only possible once you send the deposit, and that after sending the deposit there is a strict limit on the number of design changes you can make. While we were waiting for her to turn around a design so that we could ensure she had not missed any of the changes discussed, the first available installation date moved very rapidly, and ended up a month later than we had been gunning for. She did not seem to care, which really upset me. The owner called me and I took time out of a busy day to share my actual experience with him. Despite a few caveated apologies, overall he was unpleasant, even implying that the colour difference wasn't significant (he had not checked this). He ended not with a thank you for my time, but by attempting to read out a review he insisted was from me (I had not seen it before and had already suggested it might be from my husband), when I had said I was now late for a meeting. Communications since have included pressure to take down my review even before the issue was rectified (it was still drying last night). In all, as I could have predicted, it doesn't look as good as it would have done, even though the painter did the best job they could. Rather than checking in to see if we are happy with the outcome, the owner is aggressive and threatening. Totally disappointing. With this culture, I would not go near them.

I’m sorry to read how disappointed you feel, and that our communication left you with a negative impression, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

We accept we made an error with the paint colour reference and should have caught that sooner. Once your site was ready for final finishing works, we arranged the repainting at our cost.

Since then, we have also re-made and replaced the fridge/freezer doors and frame, and completed our cabinetry works.

We never want a customer to feel pressured, and we’re sorry if any message came across that way. We take feedback seriously and have reviewed our processes so that timelines and updates are clearer going forward.
