We recently hosted our company Christmas party at The Wellbeing Farm, and it was absolutely incredible! I’ve organised many large events before, but this venue truly stands out as the best in every way.
The team made everything effortless—they decorated the entire venue beautifully, so we didn’t have to lift a finger. When our staff arrived, they were blown away! Every detail was perfect, from the stunning décor to the delicious food and drinks.
The staff are an absolute credit to the venue. The bar team were so friendly, and a special shoutout to Abbie, who was a superstar throughout the planning process. She welcomed us for multiple visits beforehand to finalise details, which really put my mind at ease.
I honestly couldn’t recommend The Wellbeing Farm enough. Everything was flawless, and there wasn’t a single thing I could fault. Thank you so much from all of us at Love Business!

Beautiful venue, but the real gem is the staff! The coordinators are nothing short of fantastic! (shout out to Abbie & Ellie who looked after us on our big day) and the love and dedication that Pete the animal handler shows the animals is lovely to see! Our day was perfect and we had the staff at the wellbeing farm to thank for that, they listened, understood and helped us bring our dream wedding day to life ♥️
We got married at the Wellbeing Farm on 18th July 2025 and it was the most amazing and magical day. From the very beginning the team were absolutely fantastic, so easy to communicate with, nothing was ever a problem or an issue and if something could be done for us, it was done to the best of their ability. The attitude and care of the entire team during the prep, run up and the day itself just really added to everything feeling wonderful.
The day ran perfectly, neither of us had to think about a single thing, it just happened and if there were any problems we had no idea what they were and still don't!
Food was perfect (especially for those with dietary requirements), drinks were great, the ANIMALS were the cherry on top and we were soooooo lucky with the weather! All of our guests had the best time ever and many said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and a lot of that is because of the wellbeing farm (and obvs our creativity & planning, haha). Wish we could do it all again xx

Our day was magical, we are thrilled with our experience, our guests were so complimentary of the venue, food and staff and that's all down to you all for the wonderful reception. The food was absolutely delicious, the soup was a favourite which I'm sure will be spoken about for years to come. To your evening manager, I believe was Will, (apologies if wrong name) and evening bar staff , a special thank you for dealing with our crazy, heavy metal music and silly friends and family! You were so friendly and nothing was too much.
Even the day after our wedding, my family came to collect cake and other bits and your team were so accommodating and friendly. What an amazing venue, filled with gorgeous staff, you should all be so proud with all of your hard work , we will be forever grateful to you all for our special day.

We had our wedding here in October 2025, and cannot recommend the venue enough. Summary: B-corp, accommodating to odd requests, sustainable with prop-shed to reduce your spend and environmental impact, excellent food including for dietary requirements.
Before the Wedding
Despite a change in coordinator part-way through, the handover worked well and Ellie stepped up with skill.
The prep meetings were well timed and structured. The prop-shed is a great idea, saving everyone money and reducing disposable/one use items. The prop-shed days enabled us to plan the decorations and the staff set them up on the day with no stress. We were able to deliver the stuff we were bringing (a big banner, for example) the day before, and store it on site. The venue looked stunning, exactly as we wanted it, at every stage. You do not have to get external venue dressers if you are using the Wellbeing Farm.
The Wellbeing Farm was one of the only venues we visited that had a "yes, that sounds cool" approach to everything, without preconceptions or a set plan for the day that they clearly cookie-cut out for every couple. They accommodated our request to facilitate lots of loose leaf tea, with endless hot water and milk at the "brew station".
The Day
The set up was excellent. Just no notes.
We had our ceremony inside and it was a lovely experience.
The food
The Wellbeing Farm deserve special credit for being excellent with dietary requirements. One of our coeliac guests cried because she got to have delicious sticky toffee pudding with custard, which she was not anticipating. Those who needed halal got halal. The vegans said the pie was amazing. The lamb roasts were big portions and perfectly cooked. They were flexible and changed the mash to new potatoes on request.
The Host the Roast chef hats added a fun dynamic to the meal as guests served themselves, and meant people could have as much (or as little) as they wanted. It fitted our comedic vibe perfectly.
The canapes, cakes and pizza was all also great - and they put some pizza in the farmhouse for us at the end of the night which was well appreciated!
We had their cake cart, rather than a wedding cake, and they did vegan and gluten free in this mix.
The Barn
The barn accommodated a ceilidh of 100! Great size for dancing. The lighting is lovely and it was still warm in October darkness.
The Farm House
This is such a cute space. There's a kitchen and they provided a breakfast of pastries and fruit in the fridge. The bed was comfy. Rainfall shower and decent size bath.
Things to be aware of:
1. The invoice system is not intuitive, and we had a few back-and-forths when it asked less than was due or at different times. Staff were always great about fixing it though!
2. You can't have confetti cannons prior to the animals coming out (e.g. just after the ceremony) as it frightens the animals.
We would really recommend having your wedding here, especially if you share the values.

The venue decorations were beautiful and its a real bonus to be able to borrow decorations from the prop shed so we spent hardly any money at all on dressing the beautiful barn as they had all the things in house! The fact that this is a sustainable venue ticked all of our ethical boxes and we felt confident that we were also doing our bit to limit the environmental impact of our wedding.
Plus the animals were cute!
The staff at the wellbeing farm were kind, calm and knowledgeable and we knew we were in safe hands. Couldn't reccomend this venue more!

The staff were great! Their communication and hard work were both excellent. They worked hard in the night to ensure we and our guests had an amazing evening.

Good night, pity about the drinks
We attended an Abba Tribute night here, the setting is great, the staff are friendly, the food was okay and it was a nice night. However the drinks left a lot to be desired, we had a bottle of red wine which was awful, some of the group tried the beer/lager and were not impressed but the most worrying was when asked for Diet Coke and asked twice if it was Diet Coke and assured it was because one of the party is type 1 diabetic, it obviously wasn’t as her blood sugars went through the roof, luckily she can spot the signs early and compensate but it could have been a whole lot worse especially if it was someone less experienced.
