An elegant and highly functional new Shopify website was developed in full for us by Patricia and Web Crew including design and upload of all initial content. Patricia was on hand to help and explain at all stages of the project and trained us on all technical aspects in a manner that was easy to understand. This allowed us to take full control of the website, easily editing and updating content. We were kept informed at all stages of the development. Training was provided In aspects of Content creation, site edits, SEO and generating Site Traffic. We were introduced to the use of Google Analytics and “keywords” and advised on Blogs and other content creation. While the new Shopify website has gained in traffic and Sales content, we have also found a major benefit in attracting new Trade customer enquiries and networking with other businesses in our field. The website has become a useful tool within our business and provides customers and potential leads with important relevant information such as – Product Description, Allergens, Nutrition and Ingredients – it answers many of the questions potential customers need answered.
