I cannot recommend this delve into Ventian cooking highly enough. From start to finish everything was so well prepared. Fabio's hands on teaching style was relaxed and fun. He has taken the mystrey out of making things I would not have attempted before, like gnocchi. Agnise worked so hard all day to make sure everything we needed was there from ingredients to clean bowls and utensils. The food we cooked was delicious and cannot wait to prepare for family and friends. It was a lovely atmosphere as the eight of us sat down to share the food. I will definitely come back to try different dishes as Fabio changes the menu according to the seasons.
