This was a very enjoyable experience. Fabio and Agnes were exceptional hosts, as well giving us interesting facts about the history and background of the Venetian food/culture. Fabio helped us make some delightful dishes that I will definitely take on board. The decor of the place was well put together, which made us feel even more relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

We had a private class for 4 people, and it was amazing from start to finish. Fabio and Agnese’s hospitality was brilliant from start to finish! They were so friendly and made us feel at home instantly. And then the cooking experience itself ran like clockwork, the food we made was delicious and they made sure to cater to our dietary needs by requesting details weeks in advance. Can’t fault the experience and worth every penny, highly recommend!

Such an amazing class! Fabio is an excellent host and teacher. He had many useful tips for us (even the most seasoned cooks can use some tips) and I loved the extra tips about Venice and what the locals do differently. Highly enjoyable class if just the right size and perfect amount of breaks and work in between. Agnes’ behind-the-scenes magic kept the class running in perfect time and so smoothly - with every detail taken care of for us all. Highly recommend this lovely couple’s classes in such a unique venue!

We had a wonderful day with Fabio and Agnes talking about Venetian food and culture and making some delicious dishes. These aren't overly complicated things to make, so you aren't going to be challenged by lots of process, but they do take care and attention. You will certainly be able (and want) to recreate them at home. The cichetti were interesting, the asparagus risotto scrummy and the Zabaione sublime. Organisation of the day is really in point, Fabio is wonderfully passionate, and Agnes keeps the whole show on the road brilliantly with quiet and dry humour. Sign up. The BEST cooking class I’ve ever done. It was so interactive and fun. It was very beginner as well as advanced friendly. The group were so lovely to get to know & Fabio was incredible too! I strongly recommend!!

Such a wholesome experience! Fabio and Agnese made the environment so lovely and friendly that it was clear the whole group felt relaxed and really got the enjoy every minute. Every little detail was thought of and done with care - from the set up to the recipies to the goodie bags. The food we made was delicious, I’m still thinking about it now! Definitely an amazing day! The Venetian Sweet Treats gives you the chance to learn and cook by yourself some of the most iconic and delicious sweets, perfect for any occasion. Fabio the teacher is amazing and tells you lots of amazing stories on the food!

Fantastico! I learnt so much and Fabio created a wonderful, welcoming environment. I learnt so much and the super home made lunch was a real bonus. I would recommend this great course to beginners and knowledgable bakers - full of wonderful insights and a real hands on experience. Good value.

Absolutely brilliant course. Fabio is amazing, clear instructions and demonstrations which were easy to follow. He was so helpful ! Thoroughly enjoyed it all, and came home with delicious goodies to share with my family, as well as wonderful recipes for Christmas baking. Amazing class with great recipes, lovely atmosphere and loads of extra treats.

I tried some of Fabio's delicious baking recently at a work event. They were delicious - some of the best biscuits I've had, so buttery and melted in the mouth. I could have eaten the whole plate... Thanks Fabio!

Fabio's enthusiasm is infectious and his classes are great fun. I've done two and laughed, and learned, a lot. I set off home all inspired and armed with loads of delicious baking. You can't get better than that.

I was lucky enough to sample some treats from The Venetian Kitchen and I cannot overstate how delicious they were. An incredible blend of flavours wrapped up in superb baking skills. The recipes are inspired - I have genuinely never tasted flavour combinations like these. The execution was sublime and I can't wait to learn how to produce these myself at one of The Venetian Kitchen's cooking classes.

I have attended two of Fabio’s cooking workshops, and I can honestly say what a truly amazing experience. He is such a talented chef. makes you feel truly at ease, no matter what your cooking experience is. If you are thinking of doing one of the workshops, you won’t be disappointed, I cannot recommend them highly enough you will have a truly amazing day
