I had an amazing time at The Venetian Kitchen. The class was fun, hands-on, and really well organised. Fabio explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The ingredients were high quality, the dishes were delicious, and I came away with tips and recipes I can actually use at home. A fantastic experience — highly recommend!

A small group of Venice enthusiasts gathered at the Venetian Kitchen venue near Brixton Windmill to learn how to make cicchetti. It was such an enjoyable experience - the room was beautifully decorated by Agnes, setting a lovely Venetian style theme for the event, and Fabio was a wonderful host and instructor. Everything was clearly very well thought out and prepared and the morning was relaxed and great fun - I think we were all surprised at how professional-looking our efforts turned out! And the cicchetti, accompanied by a well-earned Spritz, certainly tasted absolutely delicious! Thank you!

What a fantastic way to spend a few hours. Fabio and Agnes were incredibly generous, great teachers, and made the whole thing feel super comfortable and fun. The recipes are absolutely top notch. Delicious, and easy to learn and replicate. Beautiful setting as well at the Brixton windmill. 10/10.

Amazing day spent at the Venetian Kitchen with Fabio and Agnes. A beautiful spot for the class, we cooked some delicious dishes that will be easy enough to recreate at home. Fabio's passion for the food and culture of Venice was infectious. The set-up was relaxed and a small group meant that there was plenty of support in the cooking and made for a really pleasant day. I would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone and look forward to eating these dishes again. Thank you!

This class was really good. Fabio and Agnes were so welcoming and warm and are fantastic hosts. It wasn't just about cooking, but also learning why and how theses recopies came about. The history behind them. I have a hearing impairment, and this was taken into consideration at all times. The food was wonderful, so fresh, authentic and tasty! The venue is in a lovely spot in a park, light and roomy. It was a nice experience to sit down and eat the dishes we had created with everyone present at the workshop, an opportunity to socialise and meet new people. Fabio and Agnes kindly allowed my sister and I to amend our booking due to a change in our circumstances. I'm so pleased they did, as we had such a great time. I would defiantly recommend this class.

I attended the Venetian cookery day yesterday and enjoyed every minute. Fabio and Agnes were great hosts and put me at ease straight away - cooking isn't necessarily my strong point! We had a fabulous day creating lovely food. Timings were perfect and everything was provided, including a beautifully arranged table where we ate our meal. We had a private class for 4 people, and it was amazing from start to finish. Fabio and Agnese’s hospitality was brilliant from start to finish! They were so friendly and made us feel at home instantly. And then the cooking experience itself ran like clockwork, the food we made was delicious and they made sure to cater to our dietary needs by requesting details weeks in advance. Can’t fault the experience and worth every penny, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day with Fabio and Agnes talking about Venetian food and culture and making some delicious dishes. These aren't overly complicated things to make, so you aren't going to be challenged by lots of process, but they do take care and attention. You will certainly be able (and want) to recreate them at home. The cichetti were interesting, the asparagus risotto scrummy and the Zabaione sublime. Organisation of the day is really in point, Fabio is wonderfully passionate, and Agnes keeps the whole show on the road brilliantly with quiet and dry humour. Sign up. You'll find a whole different side to food from Italy.

Such a wholesome experience! Fabio and Agnese made the environment so lovely and friendly that it was clear the whole group felt relaxed and really got the enjoy every minute. Every little detail was thought of and done with care - from the set up to the recipies to the goodie bags. The food we made was delicious, I’m still thinking about it now! Fantastico! I learnt so much and Fabio created a wonderful, welcoming environment. I learnt so much and the super home made lunch was a real bonus. I would recommend this great course to beginners and knowledgable bakers - full of wonderful insights and a real hands on experience. Good value.
